  • 13. Tweets from users • Are you aware of any problems with the website? Having troubles booking flights for Thanksgiving. • We have reports that your website is infected with a virus. We had 3 workstations infected. • Hey, when your website offers a great fare, and I click to purchase it and then web says "not available," that's NOT COOL. • You website is going soooooo s.l.o.w.l.y. HELP! I 'm trying to book travel • Website indicates flight arrived one hour back, but aircraft nowhere to be seen at airport. • Booking flight w/iPhone app and an error occurred. • I need to cancel a ticket. Your website is not allowing it. 3 attempts, 20 minutes hold each time. I am sick and tired! • This is really pissing me off now! The website won't let me reschedule and no one picks up customer care. Wtf?

Let’s do a basic math! • Over the last 24 hours, about 10 users have complained they can’t book a ticket they want. • Over an year this may be like 3650 (actually more) users who can’t book a flight. • Average of $300 per ticket = $1095000 loss of revenues per year • Plus losing them to your competitors!
