HMFW Department
- Testing of all PW for Anaemia Every month by ANM and uploading of Anaemia status in “Anaemia Monitoring
Tool” app.
- Sharing of data on mild, moderate and severe anaemia is to Women and Child Welfare Department.
- Supply Sufficient stock of IFA Tablets to Anganwadi Centres through ANM.
- Alerts will come to the Medical Officer concerned whenever IFA stock is exhausted in any Anganwadi Center
and MO will ensure that the IFA tablets are supplied through ANM concerned.
- Sharing of moderate and severe anaemia to the Medical Officer in FPC Application for monitoring and
recommending for Iron Sucrose or blood transfusion under Family Physician concept.
- Administration of Albendazole tablet in the second trimester of Pregnancy.

WCD department
- Administering the nutritious food and IFA Tablets to the anaemic pregnant women at AWW
centre and photos to be uploaded in the application.
- Data on Consumption of IFA tablets have to be shared
- Any stock deficiency to be updated in App to ensure stock supply in uninterrupted manner.
- Supply of nutritious food to all the PW
- IEC on nutritional supplementation and foods to be consumed and avoided.
SERP
- Counseling and awareness on nutritious food and iron supplementation in Village
Organization meetings by MLHP, ANM along SHGs.

HMFW Department
- Testing for Anaemia once in every quarter
- Data sharing with the Education department
- Supply of sufficient stock IFA tablets on 25th of every month to schools through ANMs
- Referral of all Severe Anaemia Adolescents to the Medical Officer for further management and investigations
- Counselling sessions for Adolescents are conducted by the Medical Officers under Family Physician concept.
Education Department (School/BIE/Technical/Social Welfare Hostels)
- Sharing of data on School/College going children to HMFW Department
- Administration of Weekly IFA supplementation for all adolescents through class teachers
- IFA supplementation to the Anaemic Adolescents daily through class teachers.
- Administration of Albendazole during deworming day
- Supply of nutritious food
- Data sharing to HMFW department
- Monitoring the consumption of mid-day meal and IFA tablets by Anaemic children.
