is bad, you don't need to eliminate just
reduce.
If you are overweight, you are more likely to
develop health problems, such as heart
disease, stroke, diabetes or certain types of
cancer.
Meal planning is important to improve the
nutritional quality of your diet.
Regular physical activity contributes greatly
to your well-being and reduces the risk of
many diseases.
