-Lack of education which does not allow children
to be educated for jobs to earn cash.
-Overpopulation. Not enough resources to
sustained the people.
-Epidemic diseases such as AIDS and malaria where
money will be use to cure them instead of using it
for basic needs
-Lack of rainfall which causes crops to be difficult to
grow, Harvest for food and sold for money

5. Dr Mahbubul HaqOne of the most renowned economists of Asia, is being remembered today on
his 16th death anniversary. He has been described as a “leading development
thinker”, as “the guru of human development”, and as “a tireless champion of
the poor.”
For over four decades, Dr Mahbubul Haq has fought for poverty nation wide in
all his speeches and writings.
In his home country, Pakistan, he has provided analysis and suggestions for
poverty which can still very well work today

That is the need for reducing unemployment,
bring up education opportunities and
allowing for basic health care needs that can
reach those who can't afford for themselves.

6. Mahbubul Haq argued, “The state had to ensure that the poor had
access to primary education, basic healthcare, clean drinking water,
adequate sanitation, and basic shelter. Policies alone would not do,
public expenditure had to be re-oriented to emphasize the creation of
capacity to deliver these basic needs to the poorest segments of the
population.”
Indeed as stated by himself, the solutions. Basic education is the first key
point to eradication of global poverty as education is the only way for
people to improve from their current level of living. As education is what
provides much needed knoledge and skills for job opportunities. As of
now, it is clear that government should try to increase the income for the
poor. And that healthcare benefits should be prioritized for the poor.

will come from this who are better of in living such as wealthy people.
