Istraživanje stavova privrede (3 puta godišnje) na uzorku od 250 privrednika na teritoriji cele Srbije sprovodi sa ciljem da se dobije što bolja slika posledica sive ekonomije na svakodnevni život i isprate promene u stavovima o štetnosti sive ekonomije.

Povodom velike prirodne katastrofe koja je zadesila našu zemlju, pozivamo vas da se pridružite u akciji prikupljanja materijalne i novčane pomoći za opravak opština i gradova koji su pogođeni poplavama u Srbiji. Članovi NALED-a i kompanije iz Upravnog odbora su robnim i novčanim donacijama pomogli najugroženijim lokalnim samoupravama. Izvršna kancelarija NALED-a, na osnovu informacija sa terena i iz Kancelarija za lokalni ekonomski razvoj, pripremila je novi presek stanja u ugroženim područjima i vrsti i načinu pomoći koja je prevashodno potrebna.

Iz izveštaja izdvajamo:
- Od 1. aprila počinje primena novog Zakona o javnim nabavkama. Taj zakon bi trebalo da poveća efikasnost sprovođenja procedure javne nabavke, kao i da obezbedi transparentnost javnih nabavki kroz efikasno korišćenje portala javnih nabavki.
- Visina taksi mora biti primerena troškovima pružanja javne usluge - u februaru 2013. godine donet je Pravilnik o metodologiji i načinu utvrđivanja troškova pružanja javne usluge, sa ciljem da se iznos taksi svede na realan trošak za pružene usluge. Puna primena pravilnika bi trebala da počne 30. aprila 2013. godine kada ćemo moći da ocenimo efekte ovih novih mera.
- I dalje se čeka na ispunjenje jednostavnih preporuka privrede:
• Ministarstvo finansija nije ukinulo administrativne takse u procedurama pred RGZ-om
• Ministarstvo zdravlja nije preduzelo korake u cilju rešavanja velikog problema sa komplikovanom procedurom overe zdravstvene knjižice, zbog koje 50% privrednika ne uspe iz prvog pokušaja da overi knjižicu svojim zaposlenima.
• Ministarstvo rada, zapošljavanja i socijalne politike nije napravilo vidljiv pomak da se pojednostavi procedura ostvarenja prava na naknadu za vreme porodiljskog odsustva.
-Nacrt zakona o naknadama za korišćenje javnih dobara izazvao je burne reakcije privrednika ali i lokalnih smaouprava, pa će Ministarsvo finansija morati pažljivo da revidira osnovice, stope i raspodelu ovih naknada.
I pored brojnih primedbi i inicijativa privrede za njegovim izmenama, Zakon o radu je ostao nepromenjen još od 2005. godine, dakle punih osam godina. Zbog toga poslodavci izbegavaju da zapošljavaju radnike koji "nose teret otpremnine" - starije nezaposlene radnike.

On Wednesday, 23 December at the Palace of Serbia, the public was presented the National Program for Countering Shadow Economy, the first strategic document stipulating four groups of comprehensive measures for resolving one of the burning issues of domestic economy.
The program was designed by more than 100 representatives of public and private sector, civil society organizations and relevant experts. The document stipulates concrete measures and defining realistic goals for countering shadow economy.

Many adult learning studies have shown that people generally only retain 10% of what they read one year afterwards, but retain up to 50% of what they read, hear, and watch– and up to 90% of what they actively participate in. Howard Rheingold wrote a seminar book in 1993 called The Virtual Community back when he was part a a group called The Well before the Internet even became popular. He predicted the rise of online community of networks grouped around specific interests. Fast forward to 2010 – The same guy who popularized the Internet, Marc Andreessen through the first widespread browser Netscape, create Ning.com, which allows people to create their own social networking sites without programming skills. There are now 300,000 Ning communities around the world. Many of them are linked together like a neural network, not in a hierarchical fashion but in a dynamic networked fashion, where any point in the network can communicate with any other node or the whole network.
