As you meander through this portfolio, you will notice that
I have worked in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Fine Arts. And that I am currently studying for a Masters in Landscape Architecture degree at Texas A&M University. That my undergraduate degrees in Architecture and past work experience have given me a strong interdisciplinary foundation. However, above all what I hope you would take away is that I am an artist at heart. I am an ardent admirer of nature and a firm believer in “design process.”
At its core my work explores the inherent harmony between human spaces and natural environs, and how they can be an extension of each other. My craft is shaped by influences from nature herself, famous and not-so-famous art and design, extant public spaces both in the East and the West, environmental science, and health systems. And my goal is pretty simple, (or is it?): Let’s make the world a better and brighter place to live in!
Economic and racial segregation has strangled opportunities for millions of people. Disinvestment has devastated entire city neighborhoods and suburban villages, towns, and cities. Segregation results in a sprawling and expanded urban footprint, increasing the cost of servicing land and mobility and reducing the quality of life of people.
How do we reduce segregation? It is not simple, and the answer may range from a regenesis of a compact and dense downtown to more transit-oriented developments, recycling buildings, mix-use, and diverse neighborhoods, and building people-centered spaces for all.
The St Charles proposal is an attempt to leverage on what the Greeks and Romans knew of the relationship between people and the built environment and reverse the patterns we commonly associate with segregation and inequality. Expansion has worked for developers but has proven catastrophic for communities and society as a whole. As the population continues to migrate to intermediate and smaller cities we need need to measure the right mix of races, genres, ages, uses that makes communities thrive and prosper.
A proposal aimed at transforming a key site in Canoga Park into a vibrant, mixed-use development. The project includes comprehensive location analysis, neighborhood context evaluation, and zoning and planning assessments. By leveraging the site’s strengths and addressing potential challenges, we plan to create a space that integrates residential, commercial, and public areas. The development will enhance connectivity, support community objectives, and provide economic benefits, all while aligning with local zoning regulations.

Transforming Brand Perception and Boosting Profitabilityaaryangarg12
In today's digital era, the dynamics of brand perception, consumer behavior, and profitability have been profoundly reshaped by the synergy of branding, social media, and website design. This research paper investigates the transformative power of these elements in influencing how individuals perceive brands and products and how this transformation can be harnessed to drive sales and profitability for businesses.
Through an exploration of brand psychology and consumer behavior, this study sheds light on the intricate ways in which effective branding strategies, strategic social media engagement, and user-centric website design contribute to altering consumers' perceptions. We delve into the principles that underlie successful brand transformations, examining how visual identity, messaging, and storytelling can captivate and resonate with target audiences.
Methodologically, this research employs a comprehensive approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. Real-world case studies illustrate the impact of branding, social media campaigns, and website redesigns on consumer perception, sales figures, and profitability. We assess the various metrics, including brand awareness, customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth, to measure the effectiveness of these strategies.
The results underscore the pivotal role of cohesive branding, social media influence, and website usability in shaping positive brand perceptions, influencing consumer decisions, and ultimately bolstering sales and profitability. This paper provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations for businesses seeking to leverage branding, social media, and website design as potent tools to enhance their market position and financial success.
