Rail Coach Factory, Raebareli is a rail coach manufacturing unit of the Indian Railways at Lalganj near Raebareli in Uttar Pradesh. The factory is the
third facility in India that produces railway compartments besides the Integral Coach Factory at Perambur in Tamil Nadu and the Rail Coach
Factory at Kapurthala in Punjab. The factory was inaugurated by the UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi on November 7, 2012. The campus of RCF is
spread in 900 acres & falls on lalganj - raebareli road NH-232. On left side is the factory & administration area while on the right is the township.

It’s a 600 seating capacity auditorium having an covered area of 2600 sq.m. It also has
an open air stage at the back. The integrated design helps in sharing the common
amenities for both the stages. The elevation has a striking look to make it stand out
from the other buildings of the township.

of the campus. It has been designed
to bifurcate the zones according to
the positions of the railway officers.
The central wing is purely dedicated
to GM. Rest wings are designed in
modular system so that future

library, smoking areas & other public

corridor comes around 250 m.

with two girl kids. So the house has 3 bedrooms i.e. guest, kids &
master, with formal & informal living on lower & upper level. On
upper level a spacious green terrace has been created overlooking
from living.

The architecture as well as interiors has been completely designed
on contemporary concept keeping the budget low & design simple
yet modern. The play of light & colors have been used in
enhancing the looks rather than using expensive materials.
Vibrant tinge of colors have been used in a balanced way
camouflaging with the
backdrop. The living
& dining as been
parted with bamboo
shoots rather than
wall thus creating a
natural feel inside.
AASHIRWAD BUNGALOW, LUCKNOW
On special demand of kids their room has been designed
in pink theme. So keeping the color girly the design has
been made smart rather than kiddish. The master
bedroom has been designed keeping the furniture
minimal though interesting with elements such as
floating bed & family collage in backdrop. In totality
when one enters inside the house he gets plenty of
natural light & air through huge windows & feel of
greenery from every spot.
