The project is located
in the middle of an exotic
island , Foakaidhoo
Island, which is belong
to Maldives Republic.
The community center is
situated at apprx. 20.000
sqf land and required
build up area was between
8.000 - 10.000 sqf area.
The building is designed in
a way to have iconic look
as much as to be efficient
in plan configuration.
The main circulation
within the design
divides the building
in two areas, which
are public and private
spaces.The building has
multiple entrances from
landscape, but the site
has only one entrance
from the main side
road. The community
center includes
multipurpose conference
hall 55 x 32ft (enough
to accommodate 2
badminton courts
also with a stage),
3 Club Offices
13 x 11ft each,
a meeting room for
30ppl 25 x 14ft,
library with
museum 30 x 20ft,
store 12 x 10ft,
a waiting room 12 x 12 ft,
restroom with 3 toilets,
a small team room 11 x 13ft.

I was commissioned
in February 2019 by
a wealthy business
man to design 3 floors
addition to his existing
commercial building in
Slough which is in the
outskirts of London - UK.
The ground level is
currently occupied
by a bookshop and a
restaurant. Also, the
first floor is occupied as
office. The client requires
to keep the first and the
second floor as it is, and
add 2 level with attic to
use for residences. The
facade was aimed to
preserve its features as it
is, and design the facade
of additional floors
to be compatible with
existing facade features.
In addition to these, UK
residential standards are
considered for flats to
achieve to obtain permit
from municipality. The
flats were designed with
maximum efficiency
and ergonomics. The
entrances for 7 flats were
seperated and provided
from Herschel St. with an
additional stair and lift.

The villa is located in
beautiful town called
Cologny in Switzerland
and the project has a
precious view of Geneva
Lake.The site has a
great slope that causes
the 6m level difference
between upper and lower
entrances. The client
commisioned me as an
architect to design the
renovation for the villa.
The mission was to
modernise the villa by
keeping all the facade
features as it is for not
to be obligated to obtain
permit from municipality.
Stone frames are added
and corten frame is used
as cladding for central
double height window to
equalize the height with
other window frames on
first floor. In addition
to these, pergola,
balustrade, kitchen
entrance and upper
entrance is redesigned
to have more modern
look. The landscape is
redesigned to have infinity
pool with a pool house
and access from lower
entrance is renewed.
The house and the
landscape is considered
togerther to have
integrated look.

The site is located in
Makkah and is spiritually
privileged due to it’s
proximity to the Kaa’ba.
It is at a walking
distance from Al Masjid
Al Haram, adjacent to the
extension of Al-Haram,
between first and second
ring road. The site
includes the Qaiqa’an
mountain, part of Wadi
Ibrahim and Abu Qubeis
mountain, all of which
has great historical
and spiritual value. The
development of the site
is a key part of the Public
Investmen Fund’s Vision
for 2030 which will be
developed by the Ru’a
Al Haram Company. The
topography of the area
is mostly mountainous
with high elevation
differences but partly
flat around Wadi Ibrahim.
It is set to become one
of the main pilgrim’s
gateways to Al-Haram
through Extension. In
our vision, Makkah begun
from its landscape and
the future city of Makkah
will be reborn from it.

area, while in winter it
shows a city structure
dominated by the local
population and students.
Muğla province with its
permeable and outward-
-opening demographic
structure clings to local
features at one end,
while the other end
touches the metropolis.
In this context, the
project is designed in a
structure that takes local
values
into consideration
and adapts to current
life habits by adopting a

nature, and on this basis transforming it, man’s power over nature progressively increases,
but in the same process, man comes into more and more extensive and profound
contact with nature, bringing into the sphere of his activity growing quantities of matter, energy
and information.”

Project site, walking distance from Küçükçetmi village/Çanakkale, is in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees and villages further which have remained since
Antiquity and the main characteristic of the site is to have natural thermal water source present. Nowadays, as a result of rapid urbanisation, tendency to head for
what is in the nature increased as the stress and pollution of the cities become too much for people. That kind of tendency impact the nature in such a negative way
that the economic and physical parameters comes superior than the nature itself, therefore the phase of transition starts with damaging and dominating the nature,
building - demolishing cycle affecting the surrounding and place itself negatively in terms of culture, economy, environment. Yet, architecture should not be a war
between nature and itself with boundaries, but should be in collaboration by being flexible enough to allow the diffusion of nature, be a whole instead of seperate
sides. In this context, .therm[natur]alhub. aims to coexist, revitalize the healing function of water while transforming itself as a piece of nature.
