database and RFID tagging system and the SQL database titled “Alamo.” Additionally, monitored progress and maintained a picture of
the status of the initiative, including aspects of risk, quality, and issues.
• System was implemented in 2014 and saved over 25 million dollars for 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
• Audited vendor charges for HSC that worked the disasters. Saved The State of Texas 30 million in possible lost or over
charged materials for the State of Texas in 2007. Additionally, as a project manager I was in charge of locating, a storage
facility for over ordered water by The State of Texas and FEMA and continued to manage the transfer, and completion.
