• Gather information about:

Purpose of Evaluation • Gather information about: • Participants’ perceptions of the program • Achievement of desired outcomes • Support of the program’s goals by its inputs, activities, and outputs • Help primary stakeholders make evidence- based decisions regarding potential program revisions
  • 6. Evaluation Questions • What are participants’ perceptions (e.g., strengths/weaknesses) of the program? • To what extent are the proposed participant outcomes being met? • To what extent do the program’s inputs, activities, and outputs support the program’s goals?
