2. Session Description:
Using a public livebinder as a single source for TN TEAM resources, participants will
be given practical strategies and tools to use as evaluators of the School Services
Personnel TEAM rubric as well as many resources for classroom teachers and
administrators. This presentation will include how to use livebinders (on-line
notebooks)for your own use, as well as how Jefferson County School counselors
are applying the ASCA and TN Model for the School Counseling Framework as
evidence of comprehensive counseling services during the evaluation
process. Evaluators of the SSP TEAM rubric will see many ideas that may be
applied as evidence.

• Created in 2005 by Tim Poynton after being asked
to help school counselors track their time.
• TimeTracker tracks how school counselors spend
their time, provides a note keeping mechanism to
use as a memory aid in working with students,
and provides useful reports on time use and
student meetings quickly and easily.
