THE ENTERPRISE
OWNER’S CREED
I am a Prime Meridian
Enterprise Owner.
I am the master of my
own destiny. The choices I
make determine my future
and the future of those
important to me.
I always drive towards my goals.
Failure is an imposter that is
nothing but the opportunity to
begin again more intelligently.
Everyone makes mistakes, I
learn from mine and harbour
no regrets, sorrow or guilt.
I endeavour each
day to meet my promises
to myself and others. I strive
for sincerity, scrupulous
honesty, personal integrity
and unwavering commitment
to the Enterprise Owner’s
Creed and Enterprise
opportunity.
In my quest for growth
I selflessly share my time,
talents and possessions,
knowing that by helping others
towards success, I ensure my
own. If I do not work to create
the life I want, I shall surely
have to endure the life I get.
I am determined to leave
this world a better place
than I found it.

Who is Prime Meridian Enterprises?
Prime Meridian Enterprises (PME) is part of a well-established financial services group that provides affordable and valuable insurance products and
financial services to more than 150 000 South Africans. Based in Bryanston, Johannesburg, the group’s modern headquarters are home to more
than 200 full-time staff dedicated to helping you grow your Enterprise and achieve success.
What is the Opportunity?
Many South Africans feel that they are financially trapped. Most of the time this is because they have large personal debts (property bonds /
vehicle finance agreements / personal loans etc.), little or no retirement savings and very limited prospects of large salary increases or promotions
in the foreseeable future. If this sounds like you, then read on. Prime Meridian Enterprises is a unique opportunity that allows ordinary people the
potential to grow their personal wealth far beyond what formal employment generally allows.
This opportunity can give you true financial freedom.
How Does it Work?
PME is a market development business that allows
you to leverage off the power of other people working
with you. As a PME Enterprise Owner (EO) you can earn
a monthly income by simply distributing promotional
materials to other people (whose circumstances may or
may not be similar to yours) detailing the unique Enterprise
opportunity and the range of quality affordable PME
endorsed products. (Further details regarding the products
are provided in the endorsed products section of this Starter
Guide.)
Following delivery of the promotional materials by you,
any successful expression of interest and subsequent
product purchase will mean that a successful lead has
been generated for the product supplier concerned.
Prime Meridian Enterprises will receive a flat monthly lead
generation fee for this success. You too will in turn receive
growing and ongoing Market Development Allowances
(MDA) for each successful lead generated. Through one
action you instantly start to generate personal wealth. A single
distribution at a single point in time can potentially produce a
continuing stream of income to you.

What is an Enterprise Owner?

permitted to give advice, nor to perform any other kind of intermediary service. EOs may, however, assist in

What is the function of an introductory presentation?
As an additional assistance to EOs, introductory presentations are conducted around the country from time to time by qualified
people who explain the details of the PME opportunity and also provide a factual presentation in respect of the endorsed
products. These receptions are not intended for any specific individual but rather cater for audiences of diverse backgrounds.

Detailed information packs are available for all attendees wishing to learn more about the EO
opportunity and endorsed products. Using the information gathered from the EO reception and the
information packs, attendees are able to make an informed decision as to whether they wish either
to become an EO, express interest in an endorsed product, or both. A successful EO always attends
receptions with the people he/she has invited and always follows-up with them afterwards.
How much can I earn?
With PME there is no limit to your earning potential! You can continue to grow your
Enterprise for as long as you like and there is no limit to the number of new product
owners you can reach.
Below is a real example based on the experience of one of Prime Meridian Enterprises’
actual EOs. While this example demonstrates what is achievable, your own experience
may be quite different depending on how much time, effort and commitment you put
into building your Enterprise. Where no income is earned on a particular circle, this is
because that circle has not been activated by a qualifying EO. (See “How does an EO
qualify to earn Market Development Allowances?” for further clarity on this subject.)
PME is not a “get
rich quick” scheme.
Like anything in life worth having, it will
require hard work, energy & effort to build
your Enterprise to a point where it produces
a large stream of continuing income.
PME does not guarantee you income
just by becoming an Enterprise
Owner or for simply distributing
promotional materials.

Enterprise Basics
How does an EO qualify to earn Market Development
Allowances?
You can earn a continuing monthly Market Development Allowance (MDA) for every new product owner you or your EOs reach. The amount of the
MDA depends on the value of the product purchased (see Market Development Allowance Table). Each Circle of Influence pays a different % of the MDA
and is subject to the Risk and Experience Quotient (REQ) – See “How does the MDA adjustment factor work?” below.
Table 1. Market Development Allowances
Monthly Product Payment Monthly Market Development Allowance*
Under R100 R 5.00
R100 to R135 R 7.50
R135 to R150 R 12.50
R150 to R250 R 25.00
R250 + R 32.50
*Subject to applicable Risk and Experience Quotient (REQ)
To start earning in your 1st Circle of Influence, you must have at least 4 paying product owners in that Circle – see figure 1 below. You can activate other
Circles when you have an EO who has at least 4 paying product owners of his own in a particular Circle. In Figure 2 below you would qualify for MDAs
on both the 1st and 2nd Circles of Influence because you are a qualifying EO and one of your product owners has himself become a qualifying EO, i.e.
one of your product owners also has 4 paying product owners within his 1st Circle of Influence.
Similarly, figure 3 shows that you qualify for MDAs on all the product owners on Circles of Influence 1, 2 and 3. This is because you are a qualifying EO
and there is a qualifying EO within each of the 1st and 2nd Circles of Influence. In this example, you will receive MDAs for all 6 product owners within
the 2nd Circle of Influence and not just those 4 of the qualifying EO.
You will receive your MDA month after month, year after year – for as long as the product payments continue to be made – without any time limit! See
the Enterprise Code for further details in this regard.

conceive and believe,
you can achieve”
Napoleon Hill
How are the MDAs calculated?
The MDA’s are subject to an adjustment factor which is determined by reference to
the Circle of Influence from where a product payment arises.
Figure 4 shows that you qualify for 100% of the MDA amount in Table 1 from
product payments originating from your 1st Circle of Influence. Similarly, 200% of
the MDA amount in Table 1 will be earned from product payments originating in your
2nd Circle and so on.
PME also allows you to expand your Enterprise and increase your earnings by
introducing others to this incredible opportunity. When others choose to become EOs,
you will also earn continuing allowances from their new product owners.
This means that their success will become your success!

How do the Milestone Bonuses Work?
With Prime Meridian Enterprises your successes as an EO are not only openly recognised with special awards at EO events but also generously rewarded
financially. Over and above your regular MDA, EOs who have excelled in developing their Enterprises are rewarded for achieving each new “milestone”.
Please note that you will need to be a Qualifying EO in order to enjoy these rewards. The milestones are as follows:
11
MILESTONE BONUS TABLE
Table 3. Milestone Bonuses
Milestone Total No. of paid
product owners
No. of paid product

Growth
bonus amount Period bonus paid

Primary Ambassador 10 6 R500 once-off
Principal Ambassador 20 8 R500 once-off

Champion Ambassador 240 20 R2 000 monthly
Executive Ambassador 480 25 R4 000 monthly
Royal Ambassador 1 000 35 R10 000 monthly
Sovereign Ambassador 2 000 45 R20 000 monthly
Crown Ambassador 4 000 60 R50 000 monthly
In order to qualify for a particular milestone an Enterprise Owner needs to meet the minimum first circle requirements as well as the total number of paid
product owners as outlined in this table.
Monthly bonuses are paid for a period of 12 months from the date of its achievement. If a current monthly bonuses earner fails to achieve the current
minimum requirements for that particular milestone, then the previously achieved monthly bonus will be paid provided that it falls within the stipulated
12 month period of achieving that previous milestone.

EO earnings warning
Prime Meridian Enterprises is committed to the highest ethical standards, including awareness of and adherence to all
applicable laws. South African law does not prescribe a formal warning for Enterprise MDAs. However, the following refl ects
the intentions and spirit of Prime Meridian Enterprises:
1. Prime Meridian Enterprises does not guarantee income by just becoming an Enterprise Owner or by just distributing marketing
materials. As is the case with any business opportunity, it will take much effort, passion and time to build your Enterprise to a point
where it produces high levels of continual income.
2. Do not believe any representations advocating that quick income is easily achieved without being actively involved this is not a “get-rich-
quick” scheme.
3. Success is more likely for people who learn communication and market development skills through professional training, reading and
practise.
4. Any person participating in Prime Meridian Enterprises should do so without inducement. Prime Meridian Enterprises (Pty) Ltd, its
Principals and Executives shall not be held responsible if an Enterprise Owner fails to make it clear to consumers that no solicitation
can be made to secure sales of Prime Meridian Direct’s products and/or services as a prerequisite to earning Market Development
Allowances or incentives which are administered and paid as per the Enterprise Code.
5. Prime Meridian Enterprises will only accept new Enterprise Owners if they are satisfi atisfi ed that such
Enterprise Owners:
(a) Fully understand the opportunity;
(b) Set realistic earnings expectations;
(c) Commit to always conduct themselves in a professional and ethical
manner in accordance with the Enterprise Code.
6. Set yourself realistic expectations. Prime Meridian Enterprises will share with
you example fi nancial tables indicating possible income levels. These are not
guaranteed incomes. They take time to achieve and represent targets for EOs to
o
work towards. Actual Enterprise structures will differ for each ambassador and will
probably include active and non-active product owners – remember, it is perfectly
tly
possible for your product owners to cease being an EO or to discontinue their
product payments.
7. MDAs will only be paid to qualifying EOs in respect of paying Prime Meridian
Enterprises product owners – thereby securing the fi nancial integrity of your Enterprise.

How do I grow my Enterprise?
All successful EOs have several things in common – they are hardworking, persistent, ambitious and committed to steadily building a lifestyle that
is brighter and more secure than today’s. Successful EOs are patient and accept that things worth building take time. They are resourceful and tap into all
their available sources when establishing who might be a potential EO or product owner. Friends, family, colleagues, church groups, sports club members
etc. are all immediate sources of potential candidates.
Following this simple
formula, the results
are amazing!
Successful EOs have a deep appreciation for the PME opportunity and
understand the benefits of its endorsed products to be efficient and
effective ambassadors. All successful EOs subscribe to and practice
the EO Creed and have a full understanding of the Enterprise Code.
Finally, we recommend that you follow a simple growth formula for
your Enterprise that is easy to fit into your present life and not too
demanding. In order to qualify for allowances with PME you need to have just 4 paying product owners. This is your first major target and you should aim
to achieve it in your first month. Just 4 people! That’s less than one a week. Once you have 4 paying product owners in place your Enterprise is alive and
active. Then all you need to do thereafter is add just 2 new product owners a month. That’s 1 every 2 weeks. Not a lot of time required – about 2 to 4 hours
a month! Who can’t afford to give 2 to 4 hours a month to something that could change your future?
How does Prime Meridian Enterprises support
you and help you build your Enterprise?
• A full online management system is available 24/7 to help you administer and develop your Enterprise.
• Professionally conducted live and online presentations are regularly available. See PME’s website and Youtube
channel for more details.
• EO training sessions take place frequently, at no charge to EOs in good standing and their guests.
• Functions, rallies and events held are designed to inform, train, recognise achievement
and generally help promote your Enterprise.
• Trained staff are available during offi ce hours to answer all your questions and service
enquiries by email, fax and telephone.
• Industry-specifi c news, updates and training materials are prepared in a manner that is easy
to understand and are available free of charge to all registered EOs in good standing via the
Prime Meridian Enterprises website.
• Regular and effective head offi ce communication takes place through SMS’s, emails
and the Prime Meridian Enterprises website (www.pme.co.za).
• Carefully designed marketing and product literature helps you build your Enterprise quickly.
• Prime Meridian Direct product awareness and credibility is supported by regular national
television and other media advertising – at no cost to EOs.
• Additional MDAs, incentives and bonus structures are in place to recognise
excellence and reward your hard work.

Building your Enterprise
15
Is Prime Meridian Enterprises
a pyramid scheme?
Certainly not! To better understand this question one must
fi rst understand what a “pyramid scheme” is and
why historically pyramid schemes have attracted
such negative publicity.
YOU
What is a “pyramid scheme”?
Some of the most prominent features of pyramid schemes include:
• Up front investment of large sums of money.
• No real product or service being delivered to the investor.
• The promise of extraordinarily high rates of return on the investment with
“little or no risk” – a speculative investment.
• Over a short period of time.
• Investment returns that are not linked to the performance of any underlying
portfolio of assets.
• The requirement of an ever-increasing fl ow of investment funds from new
investors to pay off existing investors.
• Many losers paying a few winners.
The basic concept is usually that you invest a large sum of money in a pyramid
scheme on the basis that you will quickly receive a return of many times your original
investment simply by introducing a minimum number of new investors to the
scheme.
An important diffi culty with most pyramid schemes is that the lower you are in the
pyramid structure or the later you join, the lower the probability of ascending to the
top level of the pyramid structure and getting your expected investment return.
Eventually, the odds of receiving your promised investment return are so small they become
negligible. It is usually as the odds approach zero that pyramid schemes fail. Statistically, 88% of
pyramid scheme participants lose their investment.
Pyramid schemes are illegal largely because there is no real underlying economic rationale for the
transaction. Cash simply changes hands and no genuine products or services are delivered.
Many ordinary people have lost their pension and retirement funds as a result of investing in such
schemes and consequently much litigation involving the owners of such schemes has ensued.
To learn more about pyramid and other illegal “Money Making Schemes”, please refer to the
consumer alert section of the Department of Trade and Industry website at www.dti.gov.za

Why is Prime Meridian Enterprises distinct
from other similar organisations?
Walking direct mail distributors: EOs are walking direct mail distributors – they deliver complete product promotional material and
information packs, including full, easy to read policy documents and salient feature summaries where appropriate. (EOs do not sell anything
themselves).
Market Development Allowances: EO’s are remunerated for successfully identifying and delivering to persons who will respond positively
to the promotional materials contained in Prime Meridian Enterprises Starter Manuals, thereby helping to develop the market for its endorsed
product suppliers. Flat fees (or allowances) are earned for such market development activity. (Prime Meridian Enterprises does not pay EOs
“commissions”).
No initial investment necessary: EOs need not themselves become product
owners nor are they required to pay any initial or ongoing fees in order
to enjoy the EO opportunity.
Low qualifying requirements: Only 4 successful
promotional material deliveries are required before EOs
qualify to earn market development allowances.
Wide sphere of infl uence: EOs can infl uence market
development right out to the 8th Circle of Infl uence and
qualify for allowances accordingly.
“Lifetime” income: EOs receive MDA month after month,
year after year, for their successful market development
efforts, with no annual reductions or payment time limits.
Market development specialist organisation: Prime
Meridian Enterprises is a lead generation and market
development specialist organisation.
“Fixed income” earners: Established EOs are paid fi xed
monthly amounts in addition to their earned allowances.

Building your Enterprise
What makes Prime Meridian Enterprises a
legitimate and lawful business opportunity?
The Prime Meridian Enterprises model is based on sustainable and sound fi nancial principles. Key defi ning characteristics are:
• No large up front or ongoing investment required from Enterprise Owners at any time.
• Prime Meridian Enterprise endorsed products are themselves valuable and fi nancially sound. All endorsed products are priced on
the same terms as are available elsewhere in the market and are backed by highly credible and fi nancially sound providers.
• There are no differing levels of participation and EOs do not move up or down a “structure” based on the introduction of other
people. Each EO builds their own Enterprise independently and the fortunes of that enterprise are determined by their own
efforts and not by when the EO joins or how many other EOs there might be elsewhere in the organisation at the time.
• Prime Meridian Enterprises does not require an ever increasing fl ow of new funds in order to remain sound and pay qualifying
EOs their market development allowances every month.
• Endorsed product payments produce regular and sustainable cash fl ows.
• EO market development allowances will never exceed product payments actually made.
• Developing an Enterprise that pays regular high market development allowances will take time and hard work – Prime Meridian
Enterprises is a legitimate business opportunity with limitless growth potential and is NOT a “get-rich-quick” fi nancial scheme.
• EOs assume no fi nancial risk. All qualifying EOs receive their market development allowances when due and without risk of
non-payment.
• Everyone is a winner. No one loses. Product owners enjoy the very real benefi ts of the products they have purchased whilst
qualifying EOs also enjoy the benefi ts of their hard work through a regular and continuing stream of income.
• The Prime Meridian Group is a registered member of the Direct Marketing Association of SA and adheres fi rmly to its rules and
code of practice.
• Prime Meridian Enterprises can be defi ned as a lead generation and market development organisation. It does not earn
“commissions”. It is paid fl at lead generation fees by Financial Services and other Providers. It remunerates EOs from its own
capital and these general earnings.
• Prime Meridian Enterprises complies with the requirements of the:
- Consumer Protection Act
- Long-term and Short-term insurance Acts
- Financial Advisory Intermediary Services Act
- Banks Act
- Lotteries Act

Do EO’s and their product owners
pay more for the endorsed products
than if they were purchased directly?
No! The product purchase prices are exactly the same as if such products had been purchased

4. Important Provisions
4.1 This is not an all risks policy. It covers only the risks
specifi cally identifi ed herein and is provided to you
without advice and at your own request.
4.2. The payment of premiums indicates your acceptance
of the terms, conditions and notices of this policy. By
entering into this contract of insurance you authorise
the Insurer (or its nominee) to debit your account
on an agreed date each month. Where collection is
unsuccessful, you further authorise the Insurer (or its
nominee) to track the nominated bank account and re-present
the instruction for payment at any time when
suffi cient funds are available. Should your debit date
fall on a Saturday, Sunday or recognized South African
public holiday, you authorise the Insurer (or its nominee)
to debit your account at its discretion on the following or
previous ordinary business day.
4.3. You must properly service your vehicle according to the
manufacturer’s specifi cations, ensure that your vehicle
is always in a roadworthy condition, that the locking
mechanisms work and that the depth of tyre treads is
never less than 1.6 millimetres.
4.4. You may elect to cancel this policy with immediate effect.
In all other instances, your request for cancellation will
take effect on the day immediately preceding your next
debit order date. The Insurer may cancel this policy,
without giving reasons, on 30 days’ written notice sent
to the last known postal address of the Insured.
4.5. Once we have paid your claim, we are entitled to take
possession and ownership of the salvaged vehicle.
4.6. If your full monthly premium is not received within 15
days of due date, your policy will lapse and all policy
benefi ts and cover will cease. Benefi ts and cover will be
re-instated once the policy is in force again.
4.7. If your premiums are not paid on time or in full, as a
service to you we may (at our discretion) reduce your
policy and premium rate to a Plan A (Benefi t equal to
50% of Trade Value) until you request a return to the
originally selected premium and benefi t level. Advice
of any such change will be sent to you by SMS, fax or
e-mail.
4.8. You must inform the Insurer of all facts that are material
to the assessment of the risks assumed under this policy
including prior or subsequent criminal convictions and
any driver’s licence endorsements, previous accidents and
motor insurance claims. By entering into this contract,
you warrant to the Insurer that your vehicle is in good
condition, is roadworthy and does not require any major
mechanical, electrical or bodily repair.
4.9. Benefi ts are reduced to 50% of the selected benefi t while
the vehicle is being driven on a road that is not cemented
or tarred and no benefi ts apply whilst the vehicle is being
driven where there is no formally registered road.
4.10. You or one of the nominated drivers must be the
offi cially registered owner of the vehicle.
4.11. You must not make nor accept from another party any
admission of guilt, statement, offer, promise, payment,
compromise or indemnity without the Insurer’s written
consent. Should you make any such admission,
statement, offer, promise, payment, compromise
or indemnity, it will be considered that you have
prejudiced the Insurer’s position and any benefi ts due
in terms hereof will be forfeit and the policy cancelled
with immediate effect and without compensation or
refund of any premiums.
4.12. Where the vehicle breaks down or is involved in an
accident where the damage sustained is not covered
in terms of this policy, you are required to timeously
restore the vehicle back to a roadworthy condition. If
the vehicle is used or driven before the necessary repairs
have been carried out and such subsequent use leads
to the vehicle becoming a write-off, you will also be
responsible for the cost of repairing such consequential
damage sustained by the vehicle.
4.13. You and any Nominated Drivers must be over 19 years
of age and each must have had a valid code 08/EB
or 10/C1 driver’s licence for at least 12 consecutive

  • 1. 3 BREAK FREE ENTERPRISE STARTER GUIDE Life begins today! R10
  • 2. 4 THE ENTERPRISE OWNER’S CREED I am a Prime Meridian Enterprise Owner. I am the master of my own destiny. The choices I make determine my future and the future of those important to me. I always drive towards my goals. Failure is an imposter that is nothing but the opportunity to begin again more intelligently. Everyone makes mistakes, I learn from mine and harbour no regrets, sorrow or guilt. I endeavour each day to meet my promises to myself and others. I strive for sincerity, scrupulous honesty, personal integrity and unwavering commitment to the Enterprise Owner’s Creed and Enterprise opportunity. In my quest for growth I selflessly share my time, talents and possessions, knowing that by helping others towards success, I ensure my own. If I do not work to create the life I want, I shall surely have to endure the life I get. I am determined to leave this world a better place than I found it.

  • 6. Discover how easy it is to start building an Enterprise that can give you continuing income - all with no risk or capital outlay. 4 Who is Prime Meridian Enterprises? Prime Meridian Enterprises (PME) is part of a well-established financial services group that provides affordable and valuable insurance products and financial services to more than 150 000 South Africans. Based in Bryanston, Johannesburg, the group’s modern headquarters are home to more than 200 full-time staff dedicated to helping you grow your Enterprise and achieve success. What is the Opportunity? Many South Africans feel that they are financially trapped. Most of the time this is because they have large personal debts (property bonds / vehicle finance agreements / personal loans etc.), little or no retirement savings and very limited prospects of large salary increases or promotions in the foreseeable future. If this sounds like you, then read on. Prime Meridian Enterprises is a unique opportunity that allows ordinary people the potential to grow their personal wealth far beyond what formal employment generally allows. This opportunity can give you true financial freedom. How Does it Work? PME is a market development business that allows you to leverage off the power of other people working with you. As a PME Enterprise Owner (EO) you can earn a monthly income by simply distributing promotional materials to other people (whose circumstances may or may not be similar to yours) detailing the unique Enterprise opportunity and the range of quality affordable PME endorsed products. (Further details regarding the products are provided in the endorsed products section of this Starter Guide.) Following delivery of the promotional materials by you, any successful expression of interest and subsequent product purchase will mean that a successful lead has been generated for the product supplier concerned. Prime Meridian Enterprises will receive a flat monthly lead generation fee for this success. You too will in turn receive growing and ongoing Market Development Allowances (MDA) for each successful lead generated. Through one action you instantly start to generate personal wealth. A single distribution at a single point in time can potentially produce a continuing stream of income to you. p y g y se ts rter d ve uce HIGHLIGHTS • No joining fees or start-up capital. • No qualifications or experience needed. • No selling or advice. • Work from home. • You can start immediately. • Work part-time or full-time. • Anyone can become an Enterprise Owner. • Expand your Enterprise and increase your earnings through other Enterprise Owners.
  • 7. 5 Enterprise Basics 5 All endorsed product payments are made directly to the product supplier concerned and never to Prime Meridian Enterprises. Your allowances are not paid from the proceeds of product payments ayments but will be paid from the income and capital reserves of Prime Meridian Enterprises. What is an Enterprise Owner? The EO is an independent market development ambassador who chooses to provide people ple in his/her Circles of Influence with the promotional materials of Prime Meridian Enterprises es and its endorsed product suppliers. EOs are rewarded for successful market development. Through this market development process, new people learn about the wonderful PME opportunity and the invaluable range of endorsed products. No prior experience or qualifications are necessary, no capital investment, joining or regular monthly fees are needed and no product purchase is required – you already have everything you need to start today. eded ay. There is no risk in joining and nothing other than consistent effort is required. On the pages ges that follow we explain how you can start earning immediately and begin your journey to the life ife you deserve…today! “And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years” Abraham Lincoln NB: An EO is not a salesman, broker, financial advisor, intermediary, retailer or trader. EOs are not required nor permitted to give advice, nor to perform any other kind of intermediary service. EOs may, however, assist in providing objective and factual information about the PME opportunity and its endorsed product range.
  • 8. 6 6 Your potential earnings are directly linked to your commitment and enthusiasm. With PME, the sky is truly the limit! HIGHLIGHTS • No limit to your earning potential. • You only need 4 paying product owners to start earning. A simple 4 + 2 approach can produce amazing results over time. • Earn MDA’s up to 8 Circles of Influence. owner approa time “The future belongs to who believe beauty of those in the their fut dream dreams.” Bart Forbes Influe ence. • 9. 7 Enterprise Basics 7 What is the function of an introductory presentation? As an additional assistance to EOs, introductory presentations are conducted around the country from time to time by qualified people who explain the details of the PME opportunity and also provide a factual presentation in respect of the endorsed products. These receptions are not intended for any specific individual but rather cater for audiences of diverse backgrounds. Using the information gathered from the EO reception and the information packs, attendees are able to make an informed decision as to whether they wish either to become an EO, express interest in an endorsed product, or both. A successful EO always attends receptions with the people he/she has invited and always follows-up with them afterwards. How much can I earn? With PME there is no limit to your earning potential! You can continue to grow your Enterprise for as long as you like and there is no limit to the number of new product owners you can reach. Below is a real example based on the experience of one of Prime Meridian Enterprises’ actual EOs. While this example demonstrates what is achievable, your own experience may be quite different depending on how much time, effort and commitment you put into building your Enterprise. Where no income is earned on a particular circle, this is because that circle has not been activated by a qualifying EO. (See “How does an EO qualify to earn Market Development Allowances?” for further clarity on this subject.) PME is not a “get rich quick” scheme. Like anything in life worth having, it will require hard work, energy & effort to build your Enterprise to a point where it produces a large stream of continuing income. PME does not guarantee you income just by becoming an Enterprise Owner or for simply distributing promotional materials.

You can earn a continuing monthly Market Development Allowance (MDA) for every new product owner you or your EOs reach. The amount of the MDA depends on the value of the product purchased (see Market Development Allowance Table). Each Circle of Influence pays a different % of the MDA and is subject to the Risk and Experience Quotient (REQ) – See “How does the MDA adjustment factor work?” below. Table 1. Market Development Allowances Monthly Product Payment Monthly Market Development Allowance* Under R100 R 5.00 R100 to R135 R 7.50 R135 to R150 R 12.50 R150 to R250 R 25.00 R250 + R 32.50 *Subject to applicable Risk and Experience Quotient (REQ) To start earning in your 1st Circle of Influence, you must have at least 4 paying product owners in that Circle – see figure 1 below. You can activate other Circles when you have an EO who has at least 4 paying product owners of his own in a particular Circle. In Figure 2 below you would qualify for MDAs on both the 1st and 2nd Circles of Influence because you are a qualifying EO and one of your product owners has himself become a qualifying EO, i.e. one of your product owners also has 4 paying product owners within his 1st Circle of Influence. Similarly, figure 3 shows that you qualify for MDAs on all the product owners on Circles of Influence 1, 2 and 3. This is because you are a qualifying EO and there is a qualifying EO within each of the 1st and 2nd Circles of Influence. In this example, you will receive MDAs for all 6 product owners within the 2nd Circle of Influence and not just those 4 of the qualifying EO. You will receive your MDA month after month, year after year – for as long as the product payments continue to be made – without any time limit! • 12. 1010 “There is nothing capricious in nature. That which you can conceive and believe, you can achieve” Napoleon Hill How are the MDAs calculated? The MDA’s are subject to an adjustment factor which is determined by reference to the Circle of Influence from where a product payment arises. Figure 4 shows that you qualify for 100% of the MDA amount in Table 1 from product payments originating from your 1st Circle of Influence. Similarly, 200% of the MDA amount in Table 1 will be earned from product payments originating in your 2nd Circle and so on. PME also allows you to expand your Enterprise and increase your earnings by introducing others to this incredible opportunity. When others choose to become EOs, you will also earn continuing allowances from their new product owners. This means that their success will become your success! 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Figure 4 Table 2. • 13. 11 Enterprise Basics How do the Milestone Bonuses Work? With Prime Meridian Enterprises your successes as an EO are not only openly recognised with special awards at EO events but also generously rewarded financially. Over and above your regular MDA, EOs who have excelled in developing their Enterprises are rewarded for achieving each new “milestone”. Please note that you will need to be a Qualifying EO in order to enjoy these rewards. The milestones are as follows: 11 MILESTONE BONUS TABLE Table 3. Milestone Bonuses Milestone Total No. of paid product owners No. of paid product owners in fi rst circle Growth bonus amount Period bonus paid Ambassador 4 4 R500 once-off Primary Ambassador 10 6 R500 once-off Principal Ambassador 20 8 R500 once-off Leading Ambassador 60 10 R500 monthly Chief Ambassador 120 15 R1 000 monthly Champion Ambassador 240 20 R2 000 monthly Executive Ambassador 480 25 R4 000 monthly Royal Ambassador 1 000 35 R10 000 monthly Sovereign Ambassador 2 000 45 R20 000 monthly Crown Ambassador 4 000 60 R50 000 monthly In order to qualify for a particular milestone an Enterprise Owner needs to meet the minimum first circle requirements as well as the total number of paid product owners as outlined in this table. Monthly bonuses are paid for a period of 12 months from the date of its achievement. If a current monthly bonuses earner fails to achieve the current minimum requirements for that particular milestone, then the previously achieved monthly bonus will be paid provided that it falls within the stipulated 12 month period of achieving that previous milestone.
  • 14. 1212 EO earnings warning Prime Meridian Enterprises is committed to the highest ethical standards, including awareness of and adherence to all applicable laws. South African law does not prescribe a formal warning for Enterprise MDAs. However, the following refl ects the intentions and spirit of Prime Meridian Enterprises: 1. Prime Meridian Enterprises does not guarantee income by just becoming an Enterprise Owner or by just distributing marketing materials. As is the case with any business opportunity, it will take much effort, passion and time to build your Enterprise to a point where it produces high levels of continual income. 2. Do not believe any representations advocating that quick income is easily achieved without being actively involved this is not a “get-rich- quick” scheme. 3. Success is more likely for people who learn communication and market development skills through professional training, reading and practise. 4. Any person participating in Prime Meridian Enterprises should do so without inducement. Prime Meridian Enterprises (Pty) Ltd, its Principals and Executives shall not be held responsible if an Enterprise Owner fails to make it clear to consumers that no solicitation can be made to secure sales of Prime Meridian Direct’s products and/or services as a prerequisite to earning Market Development Allowances or incentives which are administered and paid as per the Enterprise Code. 5. Prime Meridian Enterprises will only accept new Enterprise Owners if they are satisfi atisfi ed that such Enterprise Owners: (a) Fully understand the opportunity; (b) Set realistic earnings expectations; (c) Commit to always conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner in accordance with the Enterprise Code. 6. Set yourself realistic expectations. Prime Meridian Enterprises will share with you example fi nancial tables indicating possible income levels. These are not guaranteed incomes. They take time to achieve and represent targets for EOs to o work towards. Actual Enterprise structures will differ for each ambassador and will probably include active and non-active product owners – remember, it is perfectly tly possible for your product owners to cease being an EO or to discontinue their product payments. 7. MDAs will only be paid to qualifying EOs in respect of paying Prime Meridian Enterprises product owners – thereby securing the fi nancial integrity of your Enterprise. terprise. Be sure that you understand the Prime Meridian Enterprises s Code. “The fi rst step towards success is taken when you refuse to be a captive of the environment in which you fi rst fi nd yourself.” Mark Caine

  • 16. 1414 How do I grow my Enterprise? All successful EOs have several things in common – they are hardworking, persistent, ambitious and committed to steadily building a lifestyle that is brighter and more secure than today’s. Successful EOs are patient and accept that things worth building take time. They are resourceful and tap into all their available sources when establishing who might be a potential EO or product owner. Friends, family, colleagues, church groups, sports club members etc. are all immediate sources of potential candidates. Following this simple formula, the results are amazing! Successful EOs have a deep appreciation for the PME opportunity and understand the benefits of its endorsed products to be efficient and effective ambassadors. All successful EOs subscribe to and practice the EO Creed and have a full understanding of the Enterprise Code. Finally, we recommend that you follow a simple growth formula for your Enterprise that is easy to fit into your present life and not too demanding. In order to qualify for allowances with PME you need to have just 4 paying product owners. This is your first major target and you should aim to achieve it in your first month. Just 4 people! That’s less than one a week. Once you have 4 paying product owners in place your Enterprise is alive and active. Then all you need to do thereafter is add just 2 new product owners a month. That’s 1 every 2 weeks. Not a lot of time required – about 2 to 4 hours a month! Who can’t afford to give 2 to 4 hours a month to something that could change your future? How does Prime Meridian Enterprises support you and help you build your Enterprise? • A full online management system is available 24/7 to help you administer and develop your Enterprise. • Professionally conducted live and online presentations are regularly available. See PME’s website and Youtube channel for more details. • EO training sessions take place frequently, at no charge to EOs in good standing and their guests. • Functions, rallies and events held are designed to inform, train, recognise achievement and generally help promote your Enterprise. • Trained staff are available during offi ce hours to answer all your questions and service enquiries by email, fax and telephone. • Industry-specifi c news, updates and training materials are prepared in a manner that is easy to understand and are available free of charge to all registered EOs in good standing via the Prime Meridian Enterprises website. • Regular and effective head offi ce communication takes place through SMS’s, emails and the Prime Meridian Enterprises website (www.pme.co.za). • Carefully designed marketing and product literature helps you build your Enterprise quickly. • Prime Meridian Direct product awareness and credibility is supported by regular national television and other media advertising – at no cost to EOs. • Additional MDAs, incentives and bonus structures are in place to recognise excellence and reward your hard work. • 17. 15 Building your Enterprise 15 Is Prime Meridian Enterprises a pyramid scheme? Certainly not! To better understand this question one must fi rst understand what a “pyramid scheme” is and why historically pyramid schemes have attracted such negative publicity. YOU What is a “pyramid scheme”? Some of the most prominent features of pyramid schemes include: • Up front investment of large sums of money. • No real product or service being delivered to the investor. • The promise of extraordinarily high rates of return on the investment with “little or no risk” – a speculative investment. • Over a short period of time. • Investment returns that are not linked to the performance of any underlying portfolio of assets. • The requirement of an ever-increasing fl ow of investment funds from new investors to pay off existing investors. • Many losers paying a few winners. The basic concept is usually that you invest a large sum of money in a pyramid scheme on the basis that you will quickly receive a return of many times your original investment simply by introducing a minimum number of new investors to the scheme. An important diffi culty with most pyramid schemes is that the lower you are in the pyramid structure or the later you join, the lower the probability of ascending to the top level of the pyramid structure and getting your expected investment return. Eventually, the odds of receiving your promised investment return are so small they become negligible. It is usually as the odds approach zero that pyramid schemes fail. Statistically, 88% of pyramid scheme participants lose their investment. Pyramid schemes are illegal largely because there is no real underlying economic rationale for the transaction. Cash simply changes hands and no genuine products or services are delivered. Many ordinary people have lost their pension and retirement funds as a result of investing in such schemes and consequently much litigation involving the owners of such schemes has ensued. To learn more about pyramid and other illegal “Money Making Schemes”, please refer to the consumer alert section of the Department of Trade and Industry website at www.dti.gov.za

Walking direct mail distributors: EOs are walking direct mail distributors – they deliver complete product promotional material and information packs, including full, easy to read policy documents and salient feature summaries where appropriate. (EOs do not sell anything themselves). Market Development Allowances: EO’s are remunerated for successfully identifying and delivering to persons who will respond positively to the promotional materials contained in Prime Meridian Enterprises Starter Manuals, thereby helping to develop the market for its endorsed product suppliers. Flat fees (or allowances) are earned for such market development activity. (Prime Meridian Enterprises does not pay EOs “commissions”). No initial investment necessary: EOs need not themselves become product owners nor are they required to pay any initial or ongoing fees in order to enjoy the EO opportunity. Low qualifying requirements: Only 4 successful promotional material deliveries are required before EOs qualify to earn market development allowances. Wide sphere of infl uence: EOs can infl uence market development right out to the 8th Circle of Infl uence and qualify for allowances accordingly. “Lifetime” income: EOs receive MDA month after month, year after year, for their successful market development efforts, with no annual reductions or payment time limits. Market development specialist organisation: Prime Meridian Enterprises is a lead generation and market development specialist organisation. “Fixed income” earners: Established EOs are paid fi xed monthly amounts in addition to their earned allowances. ves , HIGHLIGHTS • Simple and fast joining process. • Simple business model that makes use of your existing Circles of Infl uence to stimulate growth. • Regular Training and Enterprise Development Seminars are held to assist EOs. • World class IT systems and management tools to help you manage your Enterprise. • To qualify you only need to be 18 or older & a RSA citizen with a debitable bank account.
  • 19. 17 Building your Enterprise What makes Prime Meridian Enterprises a legitimate and lawful business opportunity? The Prime Meridian Enterprises model is based on sustainable and sound fi nancial principles. Key defi ning characteristics are: • No large up front or ongoing investment required from Enterprise Owners at any time. • Prime Meridian Enterprise endorsed products are themselves valuable and fi nancially sound. All endorsed products are priced on the same terms as are available elsewhere in the market and are backed by highly credible and fi nancially sound providers. • There are no differing levels of participation and EOs do not move up or down a “structure” based on the introduction of other people. Each EO builds their own Enterprise independently and the fortunes of that enterprise are determined by their own efforts and not by when the EO joins or how many other EOs there might be elsewhere in the organisation at the time. • Prime Meridian Enterprises does not require an ever increasing fl ow of new funds in order to remain sound and pay qualifying EOs their market development allowances every month. • Endorsed product payments produce regular and sustainable cash fl ows. • EO market development allowances will never exceed product payments actually made. • Developing an Enterprise that pays regular high market development allowances will take time and hard work – Prime Meridian Enterprises is a legitimate business opportunity with limitless growth potential and is NOT a “get-rich-quick” fi nancial scheme. • EOs assume no fi nancial risk. All qualifying EOs receive their market development allowances when due and without risk of non-payment. • Everyone is a winner. No one loses. Product owners enjoy the very real benefi ts of the products they have purchased whilst qualifying EOs also enjoy the benefi ts of their hard work through a regular and continuing stream of income. • The Prime Meridian Group is a registered member of the Direct Marketing Association of SA and adheres fi rmly to its rules and code of practice. • Prime Meridian Enterprises can be defi ned as a lead generation and market development organisation. It does not earn “commissions”. It is paid fl at lead generation fees by Financial Services and other Providers. It remunerates EOs from its own capital and these general earnings. • Prime Meridian Enterprises complies with the requirements of the: - Consumer Protection Act - Long-term and Short-term insurance Acts - Financial Advisory Intermediary Services Act - Banks Act - Lotteries Act 17 Do EO’s and their product owners pay more for the endorsed products than if they were purchased directly? No! The product purchase prices are exactly the same as if such products had been purchased through other commercial distribution channels.

By entering into this contract of insurance you authorise the Insurer (or its nominee) to debit your account on an agreed date each month. Where collection is unsuccessful, you further authorise the Insurer (or its nominee) to track the nominated bank account and re-present the instruction for payment at any time when suffi cient funds are available. Where the vehicle breaks down or is involved in an accident where the damage sustained is not covered in terms of this policy, you are required to timeously restore the vehicle back to a roadworthy condition.
