It defines missional coaching as a confidential relationship where a coach works alongside a pastor to clarify goals, develop action plans, and ensure progress through regular meetings. In contrast, mentoring involves a mentor providing advice based on their own experience. The benefits of missional coaching include assessing one's strengths through a evaluation, creating customized coaching documents, and monthly reviews to stay on track. Pastors can invest financially to receive this support and development over 12 months.

•Missional Coaching for PLI Pastors holds you
