Well Services Superintendent.
March/2006 to June/2007. (Multicultural environment).
Daily supervision of well services, and workover activities. Field support in all
related jobs: services of sucker rod pumps, acid jobs with Coiled Tbg, and wells
preparation for steam injection.
Initially engaged to support Drilling Operations with 2 Drilling Rigs, wells
programmes, and supervision of drilling team, company men, and services
contractors, this operations was managed successfully. Then due to corporate
requirements to increase production levels in Tishreen Oil Field, I was transferred
to Workover Operations. The operations with three (3) workover rigs, workover
programmes through horizontal wells, well profiles of 800 m of horizontal section.
Direct Supervision of daily workover activities; and rig performance. Then
moved to Oudeh Field as well services Superintendent.

Evaluations efficiency of operations, plans and implements improvements, reviews
well programs and monitoring for carrying out Drilling programs. Perform
managerial duties at the division level including preparation of budgets. Resolves
difficult and unusual problems which could otherwise delay drilling progress,
