Tails, concentrate and water boosters. Pressure speed with high and low set point control.
• Analyzing and fault finding on pump trends.
• Managing of 22KV overhead High Tension power lines to plant, boosters and pump stations.
• Planning and maintaining the overhead High Tension line. Due to the floating moving plant upfront
planning needs to be done 4 months in advance.
• Supervise the maintenance of alternating current variable speed control drives from 200Kw up to
800Kw.
• Managing the power supply to dry mining, the planning of future moves and preventative
maintenance.
• Manage the maintenance and shuts of the dry mining plant that includes, 2 x hoppers, 9m and 24m
conveyors, slurry bin, slurry pump and jet water feed pump. There are 6 off 14/12 Warman slurry
boosters in series which are gearbox driven by 800Kw and 400Kw motors.
