4. Local Charity Society (LCS)
– I am a member of the Local Charity Society (LCS), a non-profit organization in
Bellingham, Washington. We raise money throughout the year to support
community needs such as schools, youth organizations, and other worthy
causes. This year LCS has decided to support the Simpson Youth Center by
hosting a regional barbeque cook-off, called the master pit-master competition.
The competition includes over 20 cooking teams from a five-state region.
