Topics To Be Covered
• Why there is a need of change in
    old systems of employing
• A new system vision
• Who’s who
• System
• System initiatives
• Benefits
Government is in each year making effort to reach masses in reducing unemployment but the
schemes are getting influenced by nations political factor like corruption which is dangling like a
deadly haul.
We want a flexible anti corrupted system which can stand to take the government employment
providing schemes directly to unemployed large population of any country.
A System which support direct interaction of Government in open to employed population
especially youth of age between 16 to 29.
"human beings are both the end and the means of the development process".
The approach, combines the directive planning of government activity and indicative planning
of private activity within a framework of developmental paths and the future vision defined by
the long-term strategic planning in a short span.
The system should be configured on
 The each yearly fresh unemployment statics which need to be precise to the core.
 The prioritization of different types of unemployment, should be done concisely in the system to let
it implemented both effectively and efficiently.
 Any project under this system should be tested before hand whether it will be well suited for that
environment. For example in SAMANWITA project government asked to planted subabul tree which
was the most unsuited for that area.
 The substantial funding allocation should be after making sure that it benefits peoples
 The registration to get enrolled as unemployed should be simple in reach of commoners and secure
so only nation people will get benefits. Often obtaining a government document is tedious and will a
lot of time which usually delay the program.
The employed should get some card which again help in finding jobs by themselves.
 The security can be provided if card making should involve biological tests like fingerprints, retina
etc. It further helps to prevent scamming.
Who’s who :
The beneficiaries should be clearly mentioned in the system because each system has its
own credential ability and limited funding capability, which if further expended will result
in its lower efficiency.
The beneficiaries should be well define. If other found getting benefits , who do not
come under schemes will get serious punishments by considering that as an act against
law.
SYSTEM
Stabilization policies, government policies intended to maintain full employment
and a reasonably stable price level, can be used.
The free distribution of Land should be on farmer identity which will be unique and
that make the person rightful owner and made him mandatory to use it for government
purpose.
Poverty and unemployment are directly proportion therefore this system can also
help in transfer subsidies directly to the people living below the poverty line. This is
same as Direct Benefit Transfer or DBT is an anti-poverty program launched by the
Government of India on 1 January 2013.
Advantage of such system :
 The help directly go to youth educated unemployed population which constitute 10.5% of total
population .
 The distribution can be controlled based on the employment level difficulty in different regions
within the nation.
 The control will be centered which help in enforcing any emergency change due to economy
sudden growth increase or decrease.
 The governance will become quick at the same time in different regions .
 Easy to implement without any mediator interference.
 No hierarchy therefore mischief at different level of an hierarchy will ultimately become zero
which again help in reducing corruption.
 Helps in preventing people taking advantage after been get employed with one of its project.
