2. Idea
Human rights
Why are younger aged people exploited and paid less than older
aged people
Glass roof term- A glass ceiling is a metaphor used to represent an
invisible barrier that keeps a given demographic (typically applied to
women) from rising beyond a certain level in a hierarchy. However
this also applies for younger age people, people of different race
and people of different beliefs.
Harsh work environments, long hours and treated badly
3. Target audience
Young people starting to get into work 16-18 year olds so that they
can have a good idea and knowledge of possible outcomes that
can happen to them so I want to inform them as much as possible
Parents of the younger aged people 30-60 so that they can also
have a good understanding of what their children will be getting
themselves into when they go and start working
Work businesses who have young employees working for them so that
they can reflect and think about if they have been treating their
young employees in a fair way
4. Message
Spread awareness of the matter and get as much information out to
the public as possible
My Campaign, TV advert, Poster advert and Radio advert
Try and take away the glass roof term so that anyone can movie up
in the work chain
Also this is a story which I found online about the company Nike
abusing their workers both mentally and physically which is against
Human Rights and disgraceful.

11. I contacted a Human Rights campaign in hope of gaining
their support with my campaign however they have not
yet replied and that is understandable considering the
fact that they are a huge campaign and most likely have
a large amount of people trying to contact them just like
me. Here are the screen shots for proof that I tried to make
contact with this campaign.
12. Here is the contact information that I had to fill out
when I was emailing the Human Rights campaign
which I found online. And once I submitted the form it
sent me that message and told me that my information
has been received.
