When he goes to his bedroom, the light goes out and his door opens on its own. He sees the figure of a young boy in the darkness who walks towards his bed. When he turns on the light, the boy disappears. Someone then taps him from behind, and he sees the boy again with blood on his hands.

Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).

This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.
Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

2. Narrative/Idea/Hook
• A young boy of 14 watches an horror movie as he puts off all the lights
he sees someone in the darkness he switches the light on one is there
and he does the same and gets the same result he leaves the light on
but as he goes into his room the light goes off and his door gradually
opens and as he looks up he sees the figure of a young boy in the
darkness the boy walks close to his bed he gets up to switch on the
light and the boy is not there someone taps him he looks back it’s the
boy with blood in his hands.
3. Genre and Style
• The genre of my short film is a horror because of the gore at the end as we
know horror normally deals with blood and supernatural beings.
• Its going to be shot and edited in a non-linear way and there will be lots of
flash backs and flash forwards with a twist which is the teen seeing the boy
with blood in his hands its going to be using intellective montage to add
artistic touches to my work.
4. Unique Selling Point
• Due to my research I have found a trend in horror movies that they tend to
have a supernatural being such as ghost attacking human begins making them
the weak and they always link the human and the ghost in the end either the
human killed the ghost or the ghost killed the human and the human gets
possessed. Deliver us from evil is a very good example as most humans get
possessed by demons. And based on the selling point of Deliver us from evil
I’m confident that my idea will sell.
5. Budget
• Below is a budget break down of my budget:
• MY BUDGET for my short film is £50.
• £25 - PROPS AND MAKE UP
• £25-TRANSPORTATION AND FEEDING OF CREW
FACILITIES- MAC SUITEWILL USETHE ONE PROVIDED BY SCHOOL
CAMERA KIT AND LIGHNINIG KITWILL BE PROVIDED BY SCHOOL ASWELL.
• Total - £ 50
6. Funding sources
I have carried out some research and found out that most film makers get
their funding's from kick starter
• They save up money from their day to day jobs
• Apply and win money from lottery
But in my opinion I have come to the conclusion that the safest way is to get
funded through kick starters because its sure garneted that you will get
funded.
7. Audience/Trends
• Due to my research I have found a trend in horror movies that they tend to have a
supernatural being such as ghost attacking human begins making them the weak
and they always link the human and the ghost in the end either the human killed
the ghost or the ghost killed the human and the human gets possessed.
• My target audience are those distributors who attend short film festivals where my
films are going to entered and hopefully get aired in one of the short film and also
its going to get aired onYouTube which allows more distributors to see my short
film and its also will air on Netflix.
8. Distribution• My short film is going to distributed at Short film festivals; short film festivals are where
distributors come to watch and promote short films that they find artistic. Examples of short
film festivals:
Raindance Film Festival *Oscar qualifying
London Short Film Festival
Edinburgh International Film Festival
London Short Film Festival
Manchester International Film Festival
Encounters International Short Film Festival *Oscar qualifying
Leeds International Film Festival
Aesthetica Film Festival
My short film is also going to be distributed onYouTube as its going to availed for more people to
see and its not restricted to only one geographical area in the world everyone from anywhere can
watch it.
• Also my short film is going to be distributed on Netflix as they air short films .
9. Certification and content issues
• Due to my short film isn’t going to be only aired in the U.K I do not need to
submit it the BBFC as they only regulate films that are going to air in the U.K
only, but if my film is going to air on Netflix its going to be looked at by the
BBFC just to give it an age rating this is so because BBFC have a partnership
with Netflix to only give age certificates to their films but cannot censor it.
10. Locations
• For my short film I’m going to just filming in one location which is a house
I’m doing this in other to isolate the character and also to show that people
are attacked in where they think they are saved mosted
