Imposter
• Title: Forget Me Not
• Running time: 5 minutes
• Narrative:
• Beginning- Zara is dropped off at the The optician clinic by her boyfriend Jonathan where she
receives surgery for her cataracts, Her boyfriend then picks her back up.
• Middle-Back at home, Zara goes upstairs to put her contacts in, when she goes back downstairs
to Jonathan, she realizes its an imposter. Terrified she makes her way upstairs, and franticly looks
for a reason why this is happening, who this person is and what she can do to escape. During this
time, the imposter comes upstairs and confronts her.
• End- The imposter forces his way into the room and attacks her viciously and she is left
unconscious. The next morning, she finds herself in bed. She gets up confused and looks around,
when. Suddenly the imposter walks in and says good morning, The movie then suddenly ends on
a mid shot of him.
• Originality- My movie looks at how Zara’s eyesight (a physical defect). Has lead her into
an unfortunate situation and not many other movies explore this.
• My inspiration- is taken from the TV series Luther and the movie Hush which can be
found on Netflix.
• Purpose- I aim to create a thrilling short movie that will be eventually turned into a full
length feature film.
• Character Breakdowns
• Zara: Zara is a 22 year old women with an average income. She’s of Italian heritage
but was born in the UK. She suffers from Terrible vision and as a result need
glasses/Contacts. She is also very forgetful and shy at times and generally wears
casual clothing .
• Jonathan: boyfriend of many years, love of her life– Has gone missing
I would like an actress like Marion Lorillard
to play Zara. She is best known for her part
in inception as Mel Cob.
The way she captured the despair that her
character Mel cob felt in inception was
really good and id like my actress to take
after her performance.
• Character Breakdown
• Imposter: the imposter I a dark skinned and tall male with short hair and a large
build. His physique and facial features are supposedly similar to Zara’s actual
Boyfriend otherwise despite her poor vision, she would have caught on that its an
imposter.
I would like the Actor to to be able
to play a mysterious intruder the
same way Idris Elba did in the movie
Obsessed .
In my opinion, his character in the
movie was chilling in every way and
id like to take this into my short
movie.
• Character Breakdown:
• Dianne is a consultant at Zara’s who she has been seeing for a long time at local
clinic so they are good friends. She appears briefly in the short movie but would
have a more substantial role in the full length movie. I would like Dianne to have
an air of elegance and professionalism. She is in her Mid 30’s and has a close
relationship with her patients
Cate Blanchet would be the ideal actress to cast for the
full length movie and so in the short I would like someone
similar in the short movie.

Production
• Here’s My 2-Minute Scene!! 
Budget
Target Audience- The primary target audience for my movie are 17-27 year olds of socio
economic class e to c. This is because the movie has mature themes such as domestic
abuse and stalking, as well as a complex story line that only those within my target
audience age range and above may understand.
Post- Production
• Development: I would like the movie to be turned into a full length feature film in
the future. It would also be good to develop some of my other ideas and develop a
thriller series that could be shown on Netflix.
• Screening and Distribution: I would originally like to air my short movie on
Channel 4 at 7 pm. Then in the future id like to take it to Netflix or other video
streaming sites.
• Legal and Ethical: Its important that my movie follows the laws that come with
movie production. To avoid breaking the copyright lawsuit its important that I
make sure not to put anything that is owned by others.
