• Just start creating boards
     – Make some personal
     – Make a few that are business-related
     – Make one that is solely about your business
• Rules of thumb
     – 80/20 rule
     – Keyword rich username, boards, descriptions
     – Mix original pins, re-pins, likes, and comments

Start Pinning!
• 3 ways:
     – Surf the ‘net. When you find something cool, go to
       Pinterest and “Add” it
     – Install the “Pin it” bookmarklet (works in any browser) and
       simply navigate to a page you want to pin and click the
       bookmarklet. Go to Goodies (http://pinterest.com
       /about/goodies/).
     – Interact with other boards and pinners!
           •   Re-pin their pins
           •   Like them (2 kinds of “likes”)
           •   Share them (2 kinds of “shares”)
