Energy XXI was facing issues similar to many many companies. Their management of change (MOC) process: • Was static and inflexible • Did not cover all types of change • Did not cover all phases of a project • Was inefficient Lacked accountability and visibility By customizing the MOC tool within Pims HSE, Energy XXI was able to address all these issues and more.
