This survey asked music fans questions about their music preferences, magazine buying habits, and demographics to help design a new music magazine. The results showed that the target audience is 16-20 year olds, who most often listen to pop and hip-hop/rap. They prefer to buy Q and Top of the Pops magazines and purchase music online. Respondents said they would pay up to £2.51-£3 for a magazine and want to read interviews. This information will help design a magazine that appeals to young music fans.
