1) The document discusses a training and consultancy program implemented in Uganda to improve competency-based education and active learning techniques. 2) The program encouraged teachers to get out of their comfort zones and learn from each other through peer-learning and peer-coaching on active learning methods and principles. 3) Feedback was provided to teachers after they practiced active learning methods with their students, and progress of the training program was documented.
