This Methodology is based on the "Experiential Learning Approach". This approach is centered on learning from "Direct
Experience". The experience here means doing the action and learning from it. It focuses on the learning of the individual.
It's not about just knowing the theoretical background of a certain issue as long as knowing and Doing it in a practical
situation where the individual can experience the kind of situation where they can do the action, reflect on it, build new
experiences from it and share it with other individuals as a valuable action that can be applied in the future.
