5. GOALS
Short Term: I expect to graduate in July 2024; this is my main priority. My secondary point of focus is experiential
based learning. My main career focus is ecommerce, product development and digital marketing coaching.
Throughout the next few years, I am adamant on creating experiences that make me an expert in these two fields. In
addition, I want to push my digital marketing knowledge by documenting my process and managing myself as the
client. I have developed a few different brands which I look forward to continue growing such as ICCON Youth
Society, business coaching services through my Winter Noelle personal branding, and Titan Aroma, ecommerce self-
care business. Each of these businesses highlight the things I love to do and have been lucrative projects for me thus
far. By January of 2023, using the information I have learned so far, I will be starting a social media campaign to make
each of my brands more visible. I will grow each account to create social proof in 2023. This will create enough brand
awareness to structure brand deals and many other lucrative partnerships. By the end of 2023, I hope to purchase a
commercial property with several store fronts so that I have the room and resources to spread out as I continue
developing my business endeavors. The next 4 years will be used growing the brands to million dollar assets. I will do
this by leveraging creative marketing strategies, insider consumer knowledge, and creative audience capturing
campaigns.
Mid Term: Once my businesses are established, maintained, and automated I will be able to turn my focus on
events. I imagine ICCON Youth Society hosting several events as a result of the work students complete throughout
the year. For instance, each season we will have seasonal events such as carnivals, festivals, concerts, community
outreach events and more. Furthermore, I plan to host an annual battle of the majorettes in Las Vegas Nevada, which
will be the first majorette competition circuit in Las Vegas. I will also host events for my other businesses, such as
candle making workshops for Titan Aroma, and vision board parties for Winter Noelle. Eventually, I intend on opening
a second ICCON Youth Society location in either Dallas or Houston Texas.(This will take place once the events are
incorporated seamlessly into ICCON Las Vegas - most likely 2028) After owning and operating ICCON Las Vegas for 5
years, I will be ready to begin scaling to the next locations. Once the second location is functional I plan on attending
law school to study contract law. It's important that I open the 2nd location before law school as I want both locations
to be fully established before I step down as Director. I will do this to give myself time to focus on law school full time,
I will remain with ICCON as a board member. As a lawyer I will further my expertise in business acquisition, in
addition to furthering my understanding of business in America. This knowledge will allow me to teach it back to
youth in an understandable way.
Long Term: I plan to be a contract lawyer, experimental designer, and serial entrepreneur. I will continue starting,
growing, buying, and selling businesses because doing so provides me with experiences which give me valuable
expertise. Using this expertise, I can teach it back to youth in real time which will empower them to courageously
curate, create, and cultivate. ICCON Youth Society will grow to have more locations and eventual develop into a
billion dollar corporation as the media wing of ICCON develops and the toy & merchandise sales roll in. (Think
Content Creator "Blippi"). I look forward to the growth ICCON will experience throughout the years as we transition
through different businesses such as programs and services, events, daycare merchandise sales, toy sales, kids
media platform (YouTube channel), etc. I also want to work on a community foundation which gives back to
disadvantaged youth. I look forward to ushering the next generation of financial literate business owners.
