Project & Portfolio I: Week 1
September 28, 2022
My name is Desirae Kramer. I have been in
Brokerage for over 12 years which includes
customer service, analysis, SOP driven and KPI
driven. I believe the customer should be treated
fairly and we should always do our best to give
them the best work we can and doing it right the
first time. I am a firm believer that if we are
treated with kindness we can return the kindness. I
also believe everyone is capable of anything they
want and if we get too comfortable we will become
complacent. Always striving to be better than we
were before, and learn from our mistakes and the
mistakes of others.

  • 2. My name is Desirae Kramer. I have been in Brokerage for over 12 years which includes customer service, analysis, SOP driven and KPI driven. I believe the customer should be treated fairly and we should always do our best to give them the best work we can and doing it right the first time. I am a firm believer that if we are treated with kindness we can return the kindness. I also believe everyone is capable of anything they want and if we get too comfortable we will become complacent.
