How Climate Change Is Affecting Frost Free Days Essay
Throughout Earth s history, frost free days have varied over the years. Since the mid 1970s,
however, global temperatures have risen rapidly (Easterling, 2002). This raises the question
about how climate change is affecting frost free days. What will the future look like if we go
about business as usual ? An increase in the number of frost free days would affect certain
species in negative ways, while others in positive ways. There would be economical impacts as
well. One might think an increase in frost free days would not be too big of a deal, but in reality,
everything will get affected.
Relationship Between Climate Change and Frost Free Days
As the world s population grows, more and more humans are contributing to the warming of the
earth. As we continue to emit greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide and methane, the earth has
no choice but to trap those gases in the atmosphere, which eventually causes the planet to warm.
This, in turn, causes frost free days to increase. Frost free days are defined as the amount of days
between the last 32В°F reading in the spring and the first 32В°F reading in the fall (Climate
Central, 2016). For the past 30 years, frost free days have been increasing because of the warming
earth (Climate Central, 2016). While there will continue to be variations in the amount of frost free
days from year to year, climate change is contributing to an overall increase in the number of days
without frost (Climate Central, 2016).

Students At The University, All Of The Students
The first year at the university, all of the students was living on campus dormitory. It was not
just a place to stay, but it was also a way for fostering academic and multicultural program. The
program is intended to facilitate the students to adapt to college life, student world and hone soft
skills, such as communication, organizational skills, and understand the diversity. There were
four students in one room. Therefore, I had three other roommates. It was the first experience
for me to live in another place for a long time besides in my own home and also shared a room
with three other students. The intensity of understanding the diversity has improved had more
interactions with almost everyone that represent the ethnic and culture from western to the
eastern islands of Indonesia. I would like to say that this is an essential emotional asset that
could bring unity on our campus and also develop our nationality. I learned that we need to help
each other in joy and sorrow in order to build success, not just for the study but also to build
relationships emotionally with others. I had my first girlfriend when I was on my undergraduate
at the same university. This first romantic relationship was made me that when we want to be
loved by someone, we also need to love them. In addition, we also have to accept our personal
differences in order to maintain a relationship. While I was in undergraduate university, I had my
very close friends. Since we came from different cities and

Thaginian War Research Paper
In 467 BC Syracuse would win its freedom from tyrannical rule and become a democratic
society. Most Greek states, seeing that this was possible, quickly followed suit. By 404 BC, at
the end of the Peloponnesian war, Athens no longer had any influence on the island. (For more
information on this war read Thucydides History of the Peloponnesian War). Later, Carthage,
being allied to the Persian Empire, invaded Sicily on two specific occasions in the fifth century
during the Peloponnesian war. The first invasion by the Carthaginian army was led, in 480
B.C., by a man named Hamilcar the Magonid (not to be confused with Hamilcar Barca of the
First Punic wars), who later died in Himera. The second invasion was carried out two
generations later in 409 B.C. by Hamilcar the Magonid s grandson, Hannibal (again not to be
confused with famous Hannibal of the Second Punic wars). Hannibal assaulted the island from
the west coast and marched on Himera. He slaughtered over 3000 Himerion citizens to avenge
the death of his grandfather. He had gained control of almost 1/3 of Sicily in less than three
months and returned home to Carthage. In 406 B.C. he would return and sack Akragas
(Agrigento). Dionysius I began the reign of Dionysian rule as he took control of Syracuse in 405

Persuasive Essay Why An Abortion Is Wrong
Why an Abortion is Wrong How would you feel, if I told you that your mother wanted to have
an abortion when you were a fetus just because she didn t want to raise you, didn t have the time
for you, or the money. Or didn t want the responsibility that came with having a child. What if I
told you that half of the women that get pregnant in the U.S. today have abortions, and their main
reason is most likely because it might interfere with their work, education, or relationships. Which
is selfish. If you think about it, they think that the the baby inside them means nothing. They don
t deserve to live a happy life or a life at all. Also they think it s their body, but it s not, it s the baby
s body too. This controversial topic has been an a highly debated argument for many years, whether
it s ethical to kill your unborn child or or not! Also the fact that the rate is growing tremendously.
Abortions first started in the 1820s. At that time, women knew that they were and are killing their
fetusor embryo. Some women are not ready to become parents to take the responsibility. Personally,
I think that having an abortionis morally wrong because you are killing an unborn fetus or
embryo, while it is barely starting to develop. First of all, abortions have been becoming a
conflicting issue during the past several years. The first reason why you shouldn t have an
abortion is because you cannot deprive someone of life and of civil rights. Just because they don t
have a say of

Presidents Of The Great Presidents
Historian Arthur Schlesinger said the team Imperial Presidency is when a president uses more
power than the Constitution allows, and were able to avoid the checks and balances of our
constitutional system. In this paper, I am going to explore three presidents who many feel were
imperial presidents. While doing the research I was surprised how many great presidents had
people make a case that they were an imperial president. For example, I read many articles about
George Washington and Abraham Lincoln running imperial presidency. Abraham Lincoln is widely
considered one of our greatest presidents. The three presidents that I am going to focus my paper
on are Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, and George W. Bush. Lyndon Johnson took over as
President when John F. Kennedy was assassinated on a hot Dallas day. Many feel that the
government acted quickly after JFK was pronounced dead to move on actions that JFK was not
going to do in his presidency. Johnson sent over 22,000 troops to the Dominican Republic in 1965
without the approval of congress (Schlesinge, 1973). Johnson also sent combat troops in Vietnam.
People still have a bad taste in their mouth over the debacle in Vietnam. Vietnam ranks 4th among
all wars in troop casualties and was a war that lead people to flee the country because they did not
want to fight and did not believe the war was just. Congress required 48 hours notice when a
president wants to send troops to another country and Lyndon Johnson did

fair use (Stim 396). For example, a parody must be ruled as humorous by definition, and fair use
implies that the content is meant to give a positive outlook on the original work rather than
downgrade it. In legal terms, piracy violates one of the seven given rights outlines within the
CopyrightAct.
The contracts between artists, authors, inventors, and their companies and publishers are violated
in numerous ways. The most common infringement occurs daily, as often people make copies of
items without previous knowledge of their illegal actions. These minute acts are difficult to prevent
though, especially with the ability to scan, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Many laws and punishments have been written to prevent piracy and its consequences. In 1897,
Congress established a branch entitled The U.S. Copyright Office, which constructs and enforces
copyright law. The complexity of the penalty has grown along with the excessive abuse of
pirated content (Congress). Simply scribbling over a copyright notice in a book is a twenty five
thousand dollar fine. If more than one act of intentional copyright infringement is committed
within a six month period, the culprit may be fined a sum worth a given ratio to the value of the
stolen products as well as a sentenced of one to five years in prison. given the severity of the
situation, fines can range from five hundred thousand to one million dollars (Stim, 315 319). The
prison sentence can also be extended to up to ten years.
When taken to court, cases of copyright infringement become extremely hazy. The victim must
prove not only that the material is a copy or semblance of their product. simple details can turn an
entire verdict. In 1980, Star Wars sued and defeated the upstart television show Battlestar Galactica
(Boekweg). Twenty First Century Fox was able to specify 34 similarities that, although not totally
unique to Star War, specifically reflected its plot line, design, love triangle, and characters. Part of

Pros And Cons Of Syrian Refugee Crisis
Syrian Refugee Crisis
International Response:
People are starting to question whether or not they want Syrians living in their country due to all
the terrorist attack, threats etc.
Canadians do not like this idea.
Believe that the Liberals and the Canadian government should be focusing more on Canada s
problems other than foreign problems.
Canada is already to become overpopulated and there are already 1,364,800 people(approx.)
unemployed in Canada so if more people immigrate to Canada than more people will be
unemployed. The unemployment rate increased by 12,500 to 1,364,800, while employment
decreased by 35,700 to 17,986,800, after four straight months of job gains.

Take a smaller number to test whether it is going to work or not.
Pros:
If it goes well maybe people will start to accept refugees and more will be able to come also could
change the way people look at Syrians.
Cons:
Refugees still don t get the number we promised.
If it does not go well then people will be totally against refugees coming into Canada and this will
affect future refugees coming.
Take other kinds of refugees.
There are so many other countries other than Syria that have problems with their governments or
are living in poverty.
I see ads all the time about giving unfortunate kids in Africa clean water well then why don t we
bring africans to Canada and help them. I am not saying that Syrians are bad people and we
should just ignore them because they aren t they are human beings just like we are but I think that
we should get more diversity after all Canada is one of the most diverse countries.

How Did Germany Influence The Us Foreign Policy
The U.S s strategic decision to amalgamate its German zone with Britain and France into one unit
while introducing a new German currency, and initiatives such as the Marshall Plan and Truman
Doctrine to contain communism contributed to their success against the Soviets. After World War
II, Germany was separated into four zones of military occupation run by the U.S, Britain, France,
and the U.S.S.R. During the division, the U.S and U.S.S.R competed for territorial and political
dominance in Germany because the country was a pinnacle for economic and social change at the
time. The U.S, France, and Britain believed a powerful Germany could enable democracy to
prosper after the years of Nazi dictatorship as well as Europe s economy. Thus, to strengthen
Germany to encourage the prosperity of democracy, Britain, France, and the U.S combined their
respective German zones into one unit while introducing a new currency the Deutschmark while
failing to inform the U.S.S.R. As West Germany became a stable western democracy, East Germany
continued to grow as a communist... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
However, keeping Germany weak included the implementation of communism, which the U.S.
strongly opposed. The U.S. used the policy of containment to directly prevent the spread of
communism. Their first step into trying to contain communism was the Truman Doctrine, in which
Harry Truman incorporated the desire for containment, which vowed to support nations fighting
communism. Truman and Congress had pledged $400 million to fight communist revolutionaries in
Greece and Turkey. If Greece were to fall under the control of communist rebels communism might
also spread throughout the Middle East (Truman, 1947). Truman also convinced the Western
European powers to join NATO so that they could mutually defend themselves against the threat of

The Sorrows Of Young Werther And Masque Of The Red Death
Death. This word is a hopeless truth that human beings try to avoid talking about. Everyone that
is except for Edgar Allan Poe. Unlike most people, this well known poet became fixated on this
subject. This theme is shown through all of his works along with many other famous authors.
Losing a loved one, having a near death experience, or even hearing the word reminds us of our
mortality. If we know death is coming eventually, why not get it over with and end it already?
The beautiful lie we want to hold on to is that we have something or someone to live for; but do
we really? In Gothe s novella, The Sorrows of Young Werther, and Poe s poem, Masque of the
Red Death, both writers make their readers think about how our whole life is lived to die and
there s nothing that can be done to prevent it.. Through these powerful tragedies, these authors tell
us the painful truth. In Goethe s novella, a young character named Werther is seen as a wealthy
man. He s content with himself and very intellectual both his speech and letters to his good friend
Wilhelm. He talks about his life associating with those who are not of his class but mostly of the
lovely Charlotte of Walheim. Werther becomes quite obsessed with this young woman who is
inconveniently engaged to marry Albert. Werther talks of how lovely she is, how he is the rightful
man for her, and fixated he becomes on her. Werther visited Charlotte whenever he had the chance.
Albert knowing this, decided it wasn t right for a woman

Piaget s 4 Stages
The first of the four stages in Piagets theory is the sensorimotor stage, Piaget believed an infant is
born with no way of making sense of the world and that they take information in by using their
senses and through motor activity. In this stage children are only able to focus on what is directly
in front of them and can only use their biologically built in responses such as sucking (textbook
208 209). Piaget uses three sub stages that children go through in order to develop their cognitive
understanding. At around 6 months old children develop goal directed behaviour and this is where
they learn that they can influence other things or people to do things such as shaking a rattle to
produce a noise. Once an infant reaches around 8 months they

The Development Process In Human Development
The development process in Human Development begins in before conception with heredity. The
next important stage in development is prenatal development. The is the stage of growth after
conception and before birth. In this stage, there are many risk factors to consider that can affect the
development of an embryo either during the pregnancyor after the pregnancy. A very well known
risk factor during this time is smoking, drink and the use of drugs. Teratogen is the different agents
such as, drug, alcohol, and tobacco that can cause different development problems at birth. I
conducted a research experiment to see how women felt about these activities they partake in, and
if they know the danger it producing toward the normal development of a fetus. In the following
paragraphs, I will discuss how I conducted this experiment, and what my finding produced about the
matter. Process:
The first and hardest part of this experiment was finding women friend of mine that did not have

The Film For Best Sound Editing Is Directed By Kathryn...
Zero Dark Thirty Zero Dark Thirty is the controversial 2012 film of the decade long hunt for the
al Qaeda terrorist leader, Osama bin Laden following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
The film follows Maya, a CIA operative whose field assignment is to interrogate prisoners in order
to find the whereabouts of al Qaedas leader. She is initially hesitant about using enhanced
interrogation techniques in order to retrieve intel from prisoners but later encourages those same
torture techniques. For several years, she is single minded in her pursuit of leads to uncover the
location of bin Laden. Finally in 2011, her work pays off and the U.S. SEAL Team Six is sent to
either kill or capture him. In Zero Dark Thirty, the director, Katherine Bigelow, used pathos and the
screenwriter, Mark Boal used pathos throughout the whole film to capture and maintain the
audience s interest.
The Academy Award winning film for Best Sound Editing was directed by Kathryn Bigelow and
written by Mark Boal (Oscars). Although directors and screenwriters work unanimously to create
movies, the primary author of Zero Dark Thirty was Kathryn Bigelow (Zero Dark Thirty). This is
due to the fact that little to none of the characters had fully developed backgrounds and their
dialogue did nothing to improve that. Bigelow herself stated that she wanted a boots on the
ground experience, and she delivered (Ellis). The audience got a straightforward feel of what it
was like to be a part of the hunt.

Wetlands In Louisiana
Over the last few decades, the loss of Louisiana s coastal wetlands has become a point of concern
because of the vital roles the wetlands play in the environment. They have been destroyed over time
because of natural causes such as hurricanes and weather as well as from the construction of man

Forewarning
Study Two Forewarning or warning is defined as informing someone of a danger or possible
problem ahead of time. Robert Apsler and David O. Sears (1968) use forewarning to describe two
different kinds of prior warnings to subjects. The first one involves forewarning participants of the
specific situation in which the researcher is about to provide (Apsler Sears, 1968). And the other
warning is there to show the intent of a forthcoming communicated message. Such intent could be
the changing of participants attitude, but before providing participants with information about the
topic or position of the communication (Apsler Sears, 1968). But how could forewarning have any
effect on a participant s attitude? It could be that forewarning... Show more content on

Neimeyer, Rebecca Macnair, April E. Metzler, and Karen Courchaine (1991) are researcher at
University of Florida and they came to the conclusion that individuals with high levels of prior bias,
when forewarning is enhanced and creates a resistance to persuasion, whereas it has the opposite
effect on individuals with more balanced cognitions (Neimeyer, Macnair, Metzler, Courchaine,
1991). This differentiation forms an inconsistency for researchers, since nearly every independent
variable has increased persuasion in some situations, had no effect in others, and decreased
persuasion in still other contexts (Neimeyer, Macnair, Metzler, Courchaine, 1991). To account for
these inconsistencies, researchers use The Elaboration Likelihood Model or ELM to addressed the
impact of forewarning (forewarned, unwarned) and argument quality (strong, weak) on subjects to
get an honest response (Neimeyer, Macnair, Metzler, Courchaine, 1991). And according to ELM,
the results of forewarning would vary as a direct effect from cognitive responses (Neimeyer,
Macnair, Metzler, Courchaine, 1991). Although, it is not only forewarning that could cause to
resistance to persuasion but person could be motivated by the warning to be more considerate in
their own positions as participants, while generating points of view in supporting their own stands
and opposing alternative

Ocean s Eleven Essay
Ocean s Eleven
Path goal Theory In Ocean s Eleven Steven Soderbergh did a great job as a director in keeping the
audience interested throughout the whole movie time. Path goal theory of leader effectiveness can
be easily applied to the movie. The path goal theory by Robert House holds that the leader can
affect group s performance, satisfaction and motivation by offering rewards for achieving goals,
clarifying paths towards these goals and removing obstacles to performance. After being released
from prison, Danny Ocean (Clooney) finds out that Las Vegas kingpin Terry Benedict (Andy
Garcia) is seeing his ex wife Tess (Julia Roberts). Danny sets up a goal to steal millions from Terry
and his ex wife back. Then he shares ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In some instances of the movie Danny is acting as directive leader, where he gives specific
instructions to the group and clarifies expectations. Path Goal theory assumes that leaders are
flexible and they can change their leadership style depending on the situations. Although, the
leader behavior outcome relationship is moderated by contingency variables environment and
follower characteristics. The followers do not have control of environment, and the
environmental factors determine the leadership style. Follower characteristics are the locus of
control, experience, and perceived ability. In the ocean s eleven case the team members can be
described as having external locus of control where they believe that their success is attributed
to luck or fate. The whole robbery plan is based that each member will performed his specified
duties and everything goes well as planned, also that boxing championship will not be cancelled
on the weekend, which means that most significant high rollers will go gambling. Danny and
Rusty set up the path to be followed to achieve their goal to rob three casinos owned by the ever
ruthless Terry Benedict. Danny acts like the charismatic leader of the team. The plan is to pull off
the heist, but what enhances the movie s plot is Danny Ocean s charm. Besides the common shared
goal, the film also focuses on

Advantages And Disadvantages Of Bioprospecting
Historically there has been prolific scientific interest in the lifestyles, knowledge, cultures, histories
and worldviews of indigenous peoples. Rural communities depend on TK for food, health and
agriculture. This TK forms the basic cultural identity for them, contributing to social cohesiveness
and thereby reducing vulnerability and poverty. Globally 80 per cent of the world s populations,
mostly the undeveloped regions, still rely on the indigenous medicinal knowledge of local plants
for their medical needs (Shankar 1997). In India, around 70 per cent of the population directly
depends on land based occupations, forests, wetlands and marine habitats for ecological livelihoods
and cultural sustenance (Kothari and Patel 2006).

research institutions and companies based in the developed nations look beyond their borders for

Brachial Plexus Injury Research Paper
Throughout the sports world today, injuries a very common. An injury is as any significant
condition limiting function that caused an athlete to seek medical care by a trainer or physician,
caused a practice or match to be discontinued, and resulted in lost time from athletic participation
for 1 or more days (Pasque). It is not uncommon to hear of a player pulling a muscle, tearing their
ACL, getting a concussion, etc. Certain sports have a higher probability of getting certain injuries
than others. For example, in football, wrestling and hockey, injuryto the brachial plexus, or brachial
plexopathy, is one of the most common upper extremity injuries (Kuzman). Football and wrestling
are two high impact sports that have high risk for both... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
There is a reason these are more common in contact sports other than non contact sports. Some of
the most common injury mechanisms were tackling, running, being tackled, twisting, turning,
jumping and landing (Wong). Each of these movements are exactly what football players and
wrestlers have to do. Football players are all the time getting hit from behind or even hit from the
side knocking them unconscious. Most of the time the lower extremities are often injured during
tackling as players cannot respond quickly enough to avoid such rapid and unpredictable
movements (Wong). Also the age range and gender does not play a factor. It would be more
common in males in a way just because football and wrestling are a more male dominant sport.
Rules for the sports are changing to try and prevent/decrease the amount of injuries in both sports.
Studies have shown since the rules have changed the injuries have gone down but are still

Tax Advice Privilege Case Study
I.Identified Issues Several problems have resulted from the current interpretation of В§7525. First,
the fact that there are many/more cases where assertion of the tax advice privilege is denied shows
that it is not understood (obviously, it can be a litigation/stalling technique, but misinformation
/misunderstanding can be a big part of it too). Second, uniform adoption/recognition of the proper
name of the privilege can help dispel incorrect assumptions or inferences/impressions. Don t call it
the tax practitioner/accountant client privilege, because that leads people to believe that the WHO
is important, when in reality, it s the WHAT that is most important (legal tax advice is privileged
because it s legal tax advice, not because it was... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The statute says that anything with a CPA is privileged if same stuff is privileged if with an
attorney. But courts have shown that this is not the case. Unlike attorney work product, accountant
work product is not privileged. Some communications that otherwise may be privileged are not
because they are included in mixed/dual purpose communications/documents. The language of the
statute could be amended to eliviate this confusion. Instead of saying stuff is protected if it would
be protected with an attorney, the statute should outline what is protected (normally you wouldn t
want to list everything out not economical but since courts have stripped scope down so much, it
s easier to just be clear about the few things that actually are privileged [litigation prep]. Fourth,
use of the vague phrase tax advice , coupled with the lack of any statutory definition of such
phrase leads to disputes between parties as to what constitutes tax advice. Case law is replete with
examples of parties claiming communications contained tax advice merely because tax issues were
discussed. If courts have interpreted tax advice to be a narrow definition, the statute should be
amended to avoid further

Why I Want to Be a Civil Engineer
While relaxing comfortably after a day of school by playing chess with my brother, my father
asked me to accompany him to see a new client. The client told my father that he wanted a new
addition to his home since his two sons wanted to have separate rooms. I stood there earnestly
listening while my father explained to him how he was going to accomplish that and even
sketched out how the house would look afterward. The client was impressed and told my father
that he should start immediately with the project. At home, my father asked me whether I wanted
to see him at work on his new project and after agreeing enthusiastically, he got right to work
teaching me his approach for the design he would present to the architect. I will always remember
the moment when I finally saw the addition finished that my father and I had worked on. It was a
remarkable feeling because I saw a concept that was on paper come to life. Since middle school, I
have been focused on going to a collegethat will successfully prepare me for a career in engineering
. I have known that I wanted to pursue engineering ever since the moment my father introduced me
to the world of architecture and engineering. Since he is a home improvement contractor, he was
able to teach me about blueprints of previous homes that he had renovated. My father helped me
comprehend the various pages of blueprints and later allowed me to help him out in designing a
new addition for a client. But before I came to middle school,

The Debate On Animal Rights
There are two major schools of thought on animal protection. First, is the tenet that animals
should have rights and the second, more radical view, is that animals should be liberated. Many
of the rights that are promoted for animals are similar to the rights of human democratic societies.
The basic rights, which are recommended by a number of advocates, are that animals should be
free from suffering, be in possession of their own life, and their basic interests should be given the
same consideration as humans (Taylor, 2009). The more extreme view, is that animals should be
considered as people and not property (Francione, 2008). There are a number of leading
philosophers that have published opinions on the legitimacy of animal rights. The debate on animal
rights has been discussed since close to the beginning of historical time. The reference in the
Bible of Adam having dominion over the fish, birds, and animals that inhabit the earth implies
ownership or some form of property rights to the animals (Francione, 1995). The implication was
that man was superior to animals because he was created in the image of God. The Greek
philosopher Aristotle based his opinions on the idea that animals did not have the ability to reason
and so they were below humans (Taylor, 2009). Rene Descartes, a French philosopher who is
known as the father of modern philosophy, had a tremendous influence on the animal rights debate
and his opinions are still being quoted today in papers and

The Bible Is An Important Aspect Of Our Christian Lives
Studying the Bible is an important aspect of our Christian lives. The Bible is the flawless and
inerrant word of God. He spoke through the chosen authors the words of the Bible. Through the
Scriptures, God reveals his character and revelation. The Bible has authority since it is ultimately
from God. The Bibleis the inerrant and inspired word of Godthat holds authority.
The Bible has the power to give commands and demand obedience. This authority is both
inherent and given by God. God is the highest authority and He is his own authority, for there is
nothing outside him on which his authority is founded (Elwell, 154). The Bible is God s Word
and He reveals himself and His authority through Scripture. The Bible appoints its own authority
by claiming to be from God and containing the words of God. The authority of the Bible is
established by its own claims. It is the word of God. (Elwell, 154).
Biblical inspiration is a supernatural influence of the Holy Spirit upon divinely chosen agents in
consequence of which their writings become trustworthy and authoritative (Elwell, 160). In other
words, the Holy Spirit inspired and was involved with the writings of the Bible. Paul speaks of
inspiration when He writes to Timothy, All Scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching,
rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16, NIV). Scripture is the Word of
God and the Holy Spirit used these chosen authors to write the words and message of God.

Shintoism is one of the two major religions in Japanese culture. The word shinto literally means
the way of the kami , or, the way of the Gods . Kami are probably the most important part of this
religion, as it s entirely based on pleasing them. Kami are spirits that are more superior than those
on Earth. Shintofollowers try their hardest to please the kamiand hopefully become something or
someone better in their afterlife. It is the largest and most popular religion alongside Buddhism in
Japan. The mythology of Shintoism is probably the next most important, as it supports the kami and

This list is even longer than the first and this is generally where followers imagine their ancestors
to lay in. One of the Gods, Yato, the God of wishes, is generally used in many folktales and some

(Hartz, Shinto World Religions ).
There are more than 130 shrines in Japan alone for Shintoism. This is where the Shinto followers
go to respect their Kami and basically worship them. Shintoism followers perform many rituals for
their Kami to show respect and to be able to connect with them. For example, most of these rituals
involve purification, (says Littleton, Shinto ) which is the cleansing of the person and the object

Adversity Has the Effect of Eliciting Talents Which in...
Adversity has the effect of eliciting talents which in prosperous circumstances would have lain
dormant. What the Roman poet Horace was saying was that when there is an obstacle in our
way, our true colors will radiate. I could not agree more. When we as human beings feel
passionate about achieving a goal, we may learn something new of ourselves, maybe a new trait
that we did not know we possessed, when we reach new heights we did not know we could push
ourselves towards. Challenges are similar to tests. Challenges are faced every day, but how we
respond to them determines how strong we really are. Prime examples are superheroes and students

may worry about if people there will like them, or want to be friends with them, whether or not
they will fit in; things of that nature. If that student encompasses themselves in a fortress of
solitude then that would show that they are not a very strong or confident person. In turn,
someone will notice this and possibly, out of pity, approach them and realize that they are
comfortable and they stick around with them to be polite. However, if that student is the
opposite, then maybe they will try out for a team and show off their skills or lack of and the
other students will see him or her and praise them for being so assertive and hopefully befriend

something is in your way, how you respond to the situation makes you, you. If you have never
been put in an uncomfortable position then you will not necessarily know how you would
respond, so you do not know that side of yourself. Roman could not have said it any better.
Adversity does in fact awaken undeveloped or inactive capacities. To fully understand how you
would act under harsh conditions you have to be placed in that situation. Like I stated, when there

yelling for us to follow. One by one we follow running deeper in to the seemingly endless darkness.
We run until the footsteps of the unknown thing fades to a soft patter and I realise how out of
breath I am. looking at the others I see familiar features in the one who demanded we continue
running. his face sagged but had a cheerful look. I look at the others they too have something

the last was young and had a look of sadness, hope and longing in his eyes when he looked at me
but his features and hair resembled that of the older man. The darkness enclosed them and then the
silence was broken with an explosive moan, then the almost inaudible footsteps came pounding
louder and louder, closer and closer. we bounded into action running in as best as we could tell the
opposite direction. Then a high pitched screech came from the woman with the stiffened hair. I

Impact Of Slavery On The Indian Ocean
Slavery in the Western Hemisphere has had an unmistakable impact on the the world and for those
who live in the United States of America, it s impact is still seen today. For the most part this
impact has been negative on the United States seeing as though it brought about immense racial
tension between blacks and whites which is still today, crippling the nation. This type of slaverydid
not allow for upward mobility in the slave community. Seeing that Slavery across the Indian
Ocean was not based upon race, and more upon social class and sexuality, there was more of a
sense of upward mobility in the Indian Ocean slave trade than there was in the transatlantic
slave trade which involved more brutal treatment based upon race. Today, slavery is known as
one of the most inhumane acts of mankind. Slaves were brought over from their countries,
mainly from the western and southern coast of Africa, to work for the Europeans without pay.
Not only were they without pay, they were brought over in boats, packed on all decks of the ship
in such a way that was comparable to a can of sardines. Slaves were taken and shipped to
countries in South America and North America, to work on plantations to harvest plants such as,
Tobacco, Cotton, Sugarcane, and Indigo. These slaves worked 20 hour days on these plantations
and were rewarded with slave quarters which were in most cases in unlivable conditions. No

Analysis Of The Book Ephesians
What is the significance of mentioning the coming ages? Where is this being addressed? Was
there a strong understanding of who Satan was? The genre of Ephesians is Epistles. Read the
whole epistle in one sitting to get the big idea of the letter and its main contours. Try to write a
big idea/theme of the book after reading it. Think in terms of the paragraphs being the main units
of thought. Beware of isolating verses from the paragraph. Knowing the structure of epistles helps
you know where you are in the letter. Do some background reading in order to understand better
the epistle s main contours and its historical and cultural setting. Paul wrote the book of Ephesians,
while he was imprisoned. The date that Ephesians was written is best dated between 60 90 AD, but
closer to 90 since Ignatius is the earliest known person to quote it. Traditionally it is understood that
this letter was written to believers in Ephesus of Asia Minor. Through this book Paul reveals who
we are with and without Christ. Ephesians discusses the topic of blending the Jewish and non
Jewish Christians into one community. The reoccurring theme in Ephesians is Gods purpose and
plan in offering redemption to His people and the manifestation of that purpose in the life of the
believer. Ephesians seeks to shape believers by reminding them how wonderful God s work in
Christ is, how significant their unity with Christ is, and what living for Christ looks like.

The Rime Of The Ancyent Marinere Analysis
In the poem The Rime of the Ancyent Marinere, the Marinere attains a change of mindset in
regards to the sea snakes he encounters. This moment in the poem is larger than just the liking or
disliking of an animal; it shows a larger change within the Marinere. Through exploring the concept
of seeing in Carlos Castanedas novel A Separate Reality, and applying it to the beloved Marinere,
it is discovered that the Marinere completes the act of seeing. Being able to see allows the
Marinere this shift in perspective and the gain of respect his has for all beings by the end of the
piece.
The Marinere s negative view of the sea snakes are an extension of his perception in regards to
his unfavorable situation. The Mariner s first view of the sea snakes is one filled with contempt,
which is carried by his overall feelings of despair and separation. The beginning of section four
of The Rime of The Ancyent Marinere proceeds the death of the crew. The Mariner relates how
he is alone and his soul is in agony (IV, 224 227). He furthers his separation from the beings
around describing the dead men that lay on the deck as beautiful (IV, 228 229). The living sea
snakes as a million million slimy things, and then himself as simply living with them without a
secondary descriptor (IV, 229 231). His lack of description for himself is another separation
between the Marinere and his surrounds; the cause of his worsening outlook and perception of his
situation.
The Marinere s situation is not changed, however his perception changes and because of a new
and brighter outlook he gains in cognizance with the sea snakes. The Marinere s change in
perception begins when moonlight bathes the ocean and in return everything encaptured in it.
Again the Mariner takes a special interest in the sea snakes for they live on as he does (IV, 230
231). At this point in the poem the sea snakes are now happy living things (IV, 274). The
Marinere feels a sense of love towards them and blesses them without his conscious awareness (IV,
276 277). The Marinere simultaneously releases the guilt of the albatross that has been hung
around his neck, to quote: The self same moment I could pray/ And from my neck so free/ The
Albatross fell off, and

Feral Children Research Paper
Feral Children: Examples of Extreme Neglect Socialization is the lifelong process of social
interaction through which individuals acquire a self identity and the physical, mental, and social
skills needed for survival in society (Kendall 87). In other words, this is the time when the
individual figures out who they are, what they feel, and what they think in order to participate in
society. This is where we learn role taking, how to control our behavior, and how to communicate
with others (Kendal 87). A feral child is a child who has lived isolated from human contact,

Everything the child sees, they imitate. During this time, they learn to walk, talk, learn, and
develop their own personality. A critical part of socialization comes from George Herbet Mead s
Role Taking and Stages of the Self theory (Kendall 95 96). The first step is the preparatory stage
where children learn to imitate the people around them, usually parents and other family
members. The second stage is the play stage where children start to develop language skills and
take the role of another person that they look up to. The final stage is the game stage, where
children begin to understand who they are, and who other people are as well. In this stage,
children learn to play sports and participate in other activities that require them to have an idea of
what society expects of them (Kendall 95 96). If a child is denied the ability to go through these
stages, they do not receive the proper socialization that they will need to survive in the world.
Socialization among children is very important. A child must learn how to walk, talk, eat, use the
restroom, read, write, and do many other important skills. Without socialization, these children will
not be able to develop intelligence and will not learn how to perform basic daily functions.
Children must be taught and know the values, beliefs, and norms of the surrounding culture in
order to know what is expected of them

Multiculturalism has played a significant role in Canada, since its establishment 40 years ago.
Much of Canadian society is reflective of different cultures from around the world making
multiculturalism a very relevant topic to Canadians. While it can be argued that the majority of
Canadians are in favor of multiculturalism, there are some who hold a different opinion. Though
some critics claim that multiculturalism promotes a form of hyphenated Canadianism that
exacerbates divisions in Canadian society based on such characteristics like ethnic, minority, or

Minority groups have served multiple different business sectors helping overall benefit our
economy. The paragraph will also divulge into the political benefits both multiculturalism and
immigrants provide to Canada. Canada sees high rates of political participation from foreign born
citizens due to the country s multiculturalist nature. Economically, Canada is fortunate to have a
high number of immigrants in its territory. Finally, the paper will conclude with the explanation of
alternatives to multiculturalism. These alternatives are typically considered negative which will
further illustrate why immigrants and a multicultural society is important to Canada.
Multiculturalism is a crucial aspect to Canada in which it diminishes the divisions in Canadian
society based on one s race, religion, and culture. Social advantages of multiculturalism in Canada
prove to be very beneficial to Canadian society. When discussing multiculturalism in regards to
its use and policies in Canada, it is important to first, give its definition as well as explain its
history. Multiculturalism relates to or is made up of several different cultures and is typically used
to as an adjective to describe a society (Merriam Webster). Multiculturalism is not just a fixed
concept or a simple idea; it is a multidimensional entity (Guo + Wong, 107). Multiculturalism can be

  • 2. How Climate Change Is Affecting Frost Free Days Essay Throughout Earth s history, frost free days have varied over the years. Since the mid 1970s, however, global temperatures have risen rapidly (Easterling, 2002). This raises the question about how climate change is affecting frost free days. What will the future look like if we go about business as usual ? An increase in the number of frost free days would affect certain species in negative ways, while others in positive ways. There would be economical impacts as well. One might think an increase in frost free days would not be too big of a deal, but in reality, everything will get affected. Relationship Between Climate Change and Frost Free Days As the world s population grows, more and more humans are contributing to the warming of the earth. As we continue to emit greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide and methane, the earth has no choice but to trap those gases in the atmosphere, which eventually causes the planet to warm. This, in turn, causes frost free days to increase. Frost free days are defined as the amount of days between the last 32В°F reading in the spring and the first 32В°F reading in the fall (Climate Central, 2016). For the past 30 years, frost free days have been increasing because of the warming earth (Climate Central, 2016). While there will continue to be variations in the amount of frost free days from year to year, climate change is contributing to an overall increase in the number of days without frost (Climate Central, 2016). It was not just a place to stay, but it was also a way for fostering academic and multicultural program. The program is intended to facilitate the students to adapt to college life, student world and hone soft skills, such as communication, organizational skills, and understand the diversity. There were four students in one room. Therefore, I had three other roommates. It was the first experience for me to live in another place for a long time besides in my own home and also shared a room with three other students. The intensity of understanding the diversity has improved had more interactions with almost everyone that represent the ethnic and culture from western to the eastern islands of Indonesia. I would like to say that this is an essential emotional asset that could bring unity on our campus and also develop our nationality. I learned that we need to help each other in joy and sorrow in order to build success, not just for the study but also to build relationships emotionally with others. I had my first girlfriend when I was on my undergraduate at the same university. This first romantic relationship was made me that when we want to be loved by someone, we also need to love them. In addition, we also have to accept our personal differences in order to maintain a relationship. While I was in undergraduate university, I had my very close friends. • 4. Thaginian War Research Paper In 467 BC Syracuse would win its freedom from tyrannical rule and become a democratic society. Most Greek states, seeing that this was possible, quickly followed suit. By 404 BC, at the end of the Peloponnesian war, Athens no longer had any influence on the island. (For more information on this war read Thucydides History of the Peloponnesian War). Later, Carthage, being allied to the Persian Empire, invaded Sicily on two specific occasions in the fifth century during the Peloponnesian war. The first invasion by the Carthaginian army was led, in 480 B.C., by a man named Hamilcar the Magonid (not to be confused with Hamilcar Barca of the First Punic wars), who later died in Himera. The second invasion was carried out two generations later in 409 B.C. by Hamilcar the Magonid s grandson, Hannibal (again not to be confused with famous Hannibal of the Second Punic wars). Hannibal assaulted the island from the west coast and marched on Himera. He slaughtered over 3000 Himerion citizens to avenge the death of his grandfather. He had gained control of almost 1/3 of Sicily in less than three months and returned home to Carthage. In 406 B.C. he would return and sack Akragas (Agrigento). Dionysius I began the reign of Dionysian rule as he took control of Syracuse in 405 B.C. Carthage ruled over almost all of... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... • 5. Persuasive Essay Why An Abortion Is Wrong Why an Abortion is Wrong How would you feel, if I told you that your mother wanted to have an abortion when you were a fetus just because she didn t want to raise you, didn t have the time for you, or the money. Or didn t want the responsibility that came with having a child. What if I told you that half of the women that get pregnant in the U.S. today have abortions, and their main reason is most likely because it might interfere with their work, education, or relationships. Which is selfish. If you think about it, they think that the the baby inside them means nothing. They don t deserve to live a happy life or a life at all. Also they think it s their body, but it s not, it s the baby s body too. This controversial topic has been an a highly debated argument for many years, whether it s ethical to kill your unborn child or or not! Also the fact that the rate is growing tremendously. Abortions first started in the 1820s. At that time, women knew that they were and are killing their fetusor embryo. Some women are not ready to become parents to take the responsibility. Personally, I think that having an abortionis morally wrong because you are killing an unborn fetus or embryo, while it is barely starting to develop. First of all, abortions have been becoming a conflicting issue during the past several years. The first reason why you shouldn t have an abortion is because you cannot deprive someone of life and of civil rights. Just because they don t have a say of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 6. Presidents Of The Great Presidents Historian Arthur Schlesinger said the team Imperial Presidency is when a president uses more power than the Constitution allows, and were able to avoid the checks and balances of our constitutional system. In this paper, I am going to explore three presidents who many feel were imperial presidents. While doing the research I was surprised how many great presidents had people make a case that they were an imperial president. For example, I read many articles about George Washington and Abraham Lincoln running imperial presidency. Abraham Lincoln is widely considered one of our greatest presidents. The three presidents that I am going to focus my paper on are Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, and George W. Bush. Lyndon Johnson took over as President when John F. Kennedy was assassinated on a hot Dallas day. Many feel that the government acted quickly after JFK was pronounced dead to move on actions that JFK was not going to do in his presidency. How Did Germany Influence The Us Foreign Policy The U.S s strategic decision to amalgamate its German zone with Britain and France into one unit while introducing a new German currency, and initiatives such as the Marshall Plan and Truman Doctrine to contain communism contributed to their success against the Soviets. Losing a loved one, having a near death experience, or even hearing the word reminds us of our mortality. If we know death is coming eventually, why not get it over with and end it already? The beautiful lie we want to hold on to is that we have something or someone to live for; but do we really? At home, my father asked me whether I wanted to see him at work on his new project and after agreeing enthusiastically, he got right to work teaching me his approach for the design he would present to the architect. I will always remember the moment when I finally saw the addition finished that my father and I had worked on. It was a remarkable feeling because I saw a concept that was on paper come to life. Since middle school, I have been focused on going to a collegethat will successfully prepare me for a career in engineering . I have known that I wanted to pursue engineering ever since the moment my father introduced me to the world of architecture and engineering. Since he is a home improvement contractor, he was able to teach me about blueprints of previous homes that he had renovated. My father helped me comprehend the various pages of blueprints and later allowed me to help him out in designing a new addition for a client. But before I came to middle school, ... • 29. The Debate On Animal Rights There are two major schools of thought on animal protection. First, is the tenet that animals should have rights and the second, more radical view, is that animals should be liberated. Many of the rights that are promoted for animals are similar to the rights of human democratic societies. The basic rights, which are recommended by a number of advocates, are that animals should be free from suffering, be in possession of their own life, and their basic interests should be given the same consideration as humans (Taylor, 2009). The more extreme view, is that animals should be considered as people and not property (Francione, 2008). There are a number of leading philosophers that have published opinions on the legitimacy of animal rights. The debate on animal rights has been discussed since close to the beginning of historical time. The reference in the Bible of Adam having dominion over the fish, birds, and animals that inhabit the earth implies ownership or some form of property rights to the animals (Francione, 1995). The implication was that man was superior to animals because he was created in the image of God. The Greek philosopher Aristotle based his opinions on the idea that animals did not have the ability to reason and so they were below humans (Taylor, 2009). Rene Descartes, a French philosopher who is known as the father of modern philosophy, had a tremendous influence on the animal rights debate and his opinions are still being quoted today in papers and ... • 30. The Bible Is An Important Aspect Of Our Christian Lives Studying the Bible is an important aspect of our Christian lives. The Bible is the flawless and inerrant word of God. He spoke through the chosen authors the words of the Bible. Through the Scriptures, God reveals his character and revelation. The Bible has authority since it is ultimately from God. The Bibleis the inerrant and inspired word of Godthat holds authority. The Bible has the power to give commands and demand obedience. This authority is both inherent and given by God. God is the highest authority and He is his own authority, for there is nothing outside him on which his authority is founded (Elwell, 154). The Bible is God s Word and He reveals himself and His authority through Scripture. The Bible appoints its own authority by claiming to be from God and containing the words of God. The authority of the Bible is established by its own claims. It is the word of God. (Elwell, 154). Biblical inspiration is a supernatural influence of the Holy Spirit upon divinely chosen agents in consequence of which their writings become trustworthy and authoritative (Elwell, 160). In other words, the Holy Spirit inspired and was involved with the writings of the Bible. Paul speaks of inspiration when He writes to Timothy, All Scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16, NIV). Scripture is the Word of God and the Holy Spirit used these chosen authors to write the words and message of God. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

There are more than 130 shrines in Japan alone for Shintoism. This is where the Shinto followers go to respect their Kami and basically worship them. Shintoism followers perform many rituals for their Kami to show respect and to be able to connect with them. What the Roman poet Horace was saying was that when there is an obstacle in our way, our true colors will radiate. I could not agree more. When we as human beings feel passionate about achieving a goal, we may learn something new of ourselves, maybe a new trait that we did not know we possessed, when we reach new heights we did not know we could push ourselves towards. Challenges are similar to tests. Challenges are faced every day, but how we respond to them determines how strong we really are. Prime examples are superheroes and students that move dramatically. They may worry about if people there will like them, or want to be friends with them, whether or not they will fit in; things of that nature. If that student encompasses themselves in a fortress of solitude then that would show that they are not a very strong or confident person. In turn, someone will notice this and possibly, out of pity, approach them and realize that they are comfortable and they stick around with them to be polite. However, if that student is the opposite, then maybe they will try out for a team and show off their skills or lack of and the other students will see him or her and praise them for being so assertive and hopefully befriend the new kid after proving that they are very outgoing and easy to get along with. If you have never been put in an uncomfortable position then you will not necessarily know how you would respond, so you do not know that side of yourself. Roman could not have said it any better. I look at the others they too have something familiar about them, one has a unique hair style as if practised methodically and coated in hairspray. Another dressed in murky blue overalls which I could ve sworn belonged to me, and the last was young and had a look of sadness, hope and longing in his eyes when he looked at me but his features and hair resembled that of the older man. The darkness enclosed them and then the silence was broken with an explosive moan, then the almost inaudible footsteps came pounding louder and louder, closer and closer. we bounded into action running in as best as we could tell the opposite direction. • 36. Impact Of Slavery On The Indian Ocean Slavery in the Western Hemisphere has had an unmistakable impact on the the world and for those who live in the United States of America, it s impact is still seen today. For the most part this impact has been negative on the United States seeing as though it brought about immense racial tension between blacks and whites which is still today, crippling the nation. This type of slaverydid not allow for upward mobility in the slave community. Seeing that Slavery across the Indian Ocean was not based upon race, and more upon social class and sexuality, there was more of a sense of upward mobility in the Indian Ocean slave trade than there was in the transatlantic slave trade which involved more brutal treatment based upon race. Today, slavery is known as one of the most inhumane acts of mankind. Slaves were brought over from their countries, mainly from the western and southern coast of Africa, to work for the Europeans without pay. Not only were they without pay, they were brought over in boats, packed on all decks of the ship in such a way that was comparable to a can of sardines. Slaves were taken and shipped to countries in South America and North America, to work on plantations to harvest plants such as, Tobacco, Cotton, Sugarcane, and Indigo. These slaves worked 20 hour days on these plantations and were rewarded with slave quarters which were in most cases in unlivable conditions. The genre of Ephesians is Epistles. Read the whole epistle in one sitting to get the big idea of the letter and its main contours. Try to write a big idea/theme of the book after reading it. Think in terms of the paragraphs being the main units of thought. Beware of isolating verses from the paragraph. Knowing the structure of epistles helps you know where you are in the letter. Do some background reading in order to understand better the epistle s main contours and its historical and cultural setting. Paul wrote the book of Ephesians, while he was imprisoned. The date that Ephesians was written is best dated between 60 90 AD, but closer to 90 since Ignatius is the earliest known person to quote it. Traditionally it is understood that this letter was written to believers in Ephesus of Asia Minor. Through this book Paul reveals who we are with and without Christ. Ephesians discusses the topic of blending the Jewish and non Jewish Christians into one community. The reoccurring theme in Ephesians is Gods purpose and plan in offering redemption to His people and the manifestation of that purpose in the life of the believer. Ephesians seeks to shape believers by reminding them how wonderful God s work in Christ is, how significant their unity with Christ is, and what living for Christ looks like. • 39. The Rime Of The Ancyent Marinere Analysis In the poem The Rime of the Ancyent Marinere, the Marinere attains a change of mindset in regards to the sea snakes he encounters. This moment in the poem is larger than just the liking or disliking of an animal; it shows a larger change within the Marinere. Through exploring the concept of seeing in Carlos Castanedas novel A Separate Reality, and applying it to the beloved Marinere, it is discovered that the Marinere completes the act of seeing. Being able to see allows the Marinere this shift in perspective and the gain of respect his has for all beings by the end of the piece. The Marinere s negative view of the sea snakes are an extension of his perception in regards to his unfavorable situation. The Mariner s first view of the sea snakes is one filled with contempt, which is carried by his overall feelings of despair and separation. The beginning of section four of The Rime of The Ancyent Marinere proceeds the death of the crew. The Mariner relates how he is alone and his soul is in agony (IV, 224 227). He furthers his separation from the beings around describing the dead men that lay on the deck as beautiful (IV, 228 229). The living sea snakes as a million million slimy things, and then himself as simply living with them without a secondary descriptor (IV, 229 231). His lack of description for himself is another separation between the Marinere and his surrounds; the cause of his worsening outlook and perception of his situation. The Marinere s situation is not changed, however his perception changes and because of a new and brighter outlook he gains in cognizance with the sea snakes. The Marinere s change in perception begins when moonlight bathes the ocean and in return everything encaptured in it. Again the Mariner takes a special interest in the sea snakes for they live on as he does (IV, 230 231). At this point in the poem the sea snakes are now happy living things (IV, 274). The Marinere feels a sense of love towards them and blesses them without his conscious awareness (IV, 276 277). The Marinere simultaneously releases the guilt of the albatross that has been hung around his neck, to quote: The self same moment I could pray/ And from my neck so free/ The Albatross fell off, and ... • 40. Feral Children Research Paper Feral Children: Examples of Extreme Neglect Socialization is the lifelong process of social interaction through which individuals acquire a self identity and the physical, mental, and social skills needed for survival in society (Kendall 87). In other words, this is the time when the individual figures out who they are, what they feel, and what they think in order to participate in society. This is where we learn role taking, how to control our behavior, and how to communicate with others (Kendal 87). A feral child is a child who has lived isolated from human contact, experiences little to no human care, love, or social behavior, and human language. Some feral children, as stated by the Free Dictionary, this child abandonment is normally... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Everything the child sees, they imitate. During this time, they learn to walk, talk, learn, and develop their own personality. A critical part of socialization comes from George Herbet Mead s Role Taking and Stages of the Self theory (Kendall 95 96). The first step is the preparatory stage where children learn to imitate the people around them, usually parents and other family members. The second stage is the play stage where children start to develop language skills and take the role of another person that they look up to. The final stage is the game stage, where children begin to understand who they are, and who other people are as well. In this stage, children learn to play sports and participate in other activities that require them to have an idea of what society expects of them (Kendall 95 96). If a child is denied the ability to go through these stages, they do not receive the proper socialization that they will need to survive in the world. Socialization among children is very important. A child must learn how to walk, talk, eat, use the restroom, read, write, and do many other important skills. Without socialization, these children will not be able to develop intelligence and will not learn how to perform basic daily functions. Children must be taught and know the values, beliefs, and norms of the surrounding culture in order to know what is expected of them ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
