Chefs Ricky Hatfield from Peterson's Restaurant and Steven Oakley from Oakley's Bistro will hold a collaborative dinner event on June 13th featuring small plate dishes from each chef. The event will begin with maple leaf farms duck hors d'oeuvres and pomelo wine. Chef Hatfield will then serve braised duck with pinot blanc wine.
