Pertamina Hulu Mahakam held an appreciation night for all employees as a form of appreciation for consistently pushing the bar of their performance throughout 2020. Employee appreciation events will be held virtually and creatively, by utilizing online multimedia technology and 3D green screen stages, which will be broadcast online to all employee audiences.

Gaya Art Deco diadaptasi ke dalam dekorasi melalui
perpaduan berbagai bentuk ornamen dan garis geometris yang kuat.
Konsep Art Deco dapat memunculkan kontras yang elegan pada kesan formalitas,
sehingga akan membuat acara EA 2020 menjadi lebih anggun dan modern.
Pada akhirnya, kombinasi geometris tersebut ingin merepresentasikan
ketegasan dan semangat yang kuat dalam mewujudkan

17. One show for Balikpapan and Jakarta
We propose to have only one Employee Appreciation event for both
Balikpapan and Jakarta.
• Because it is online; everyone can watch it at the same time.
• If employee performance recorded, we can have live shooting only
in Jakarta (for MC and Guest Performance).
• Opening remarks from Balikpapan office can be done live through
Webex or MS Teams.
• Reduce budget.

• Pros:

Will be recorded in the channel so can be viewed after
the event finish.
• Cons:
Anyone with the link can watch the show.

21. Live Video
We propose to use 3D virtual stage for MC and
Guest performance for live video:
• MC, Guest performance and other performer
will be shoot using green screen.
• Stage and other ambience will be montage
together using system before going in live
to the audience.

22. Awarding
• All nomination for all category will be invited into Webex or MS Teams.
• When the category is called, all nomination will be shown live in screen.
• When the winner is announced, the winner screen will be shown live and
he/she can make an acceptant speech.
• Memento/medal/throphy can be sent afterward.

23. Token of Appreciation
Token of Appreciation have to be based on the attendees list or who
watching the show.
• If we used Webex as the streaming platform then we can have real time
at tendees list at the time of the show.
• If we use YouTube Live then we have to use other third party platform to
do a registration of who is watching. We can use as simple as a google
form or paid service like attendify.com for this.
Online Drawing
• Once we have the attendees list, we can use online drawing application.
There are many site we can use for this, paid or free. Some of it can have
live drawing, so we can play it for the viewer to see.
