5. ‘I found Parwinder easy to work with. As I work full-time and am not around at weekends, we arranged to
work over the telephone. Parwinder is easy to talk to and is able to find the relevant questions, that make
you really think about your belief.
I was surprised to find the most obvious question “Do you really want to lose weight?” made me pause
and I had to think hard about that before I could be confident the answer is “yes”. It was good that
Parwinder asked me some difficult questions, this made me really consider my answers and helped me
decide which areas I needed to work on.
I was really pleased that I managed to survive Christmas away, staying with my family, and didn’t gain
weight. I ate what I wanted but didn’t overdo it. I did gain a little over new year, but, after another session
with Parwinder, I managed to get back on track and

6. ‘There were a lot of conflicts going on in my mind, about myself and others. My husband
recommended Parwinder Dale to me for NLP coaching. Parwinder is professional and
thorough as an NLP coach and at the same time very empathetic. Immediately after my first
session with her, I felt a very obvious positive shift after she used an NLP technique for a
big issue on my mind that was eating up my energy and enthusiasm. I felt amazingly light

7. ‘Something I would always take for granted - the self. Its the easiest thing to do, while you
try to meet expectations of people around you. And while it may sound "nice" - its usually a
choice of convenience to ignore the self. This was my key problem - something that
Parwinder Dale Coaching, made me aware of. It also resulted in low motivation, low esteem
and a general lack of time-management. I'd barely do what i wanted to do. My favourite part
of the process was the affirmations and the part where I was made to think about what I'm

8. I just wanted to share with you my experience of coaching with Parwinder. I am currently in
the process of looking at my career options and have quite a few things to consider in this
very important decision. It can sometimes feel confusing as to what to prioritise and
therefore the decision to take. I had a coaching session with Parwinder to help clarify and
put things into focus and identify what I was really looking for. The coaching really helped
me visualise my options and determine what my end goal looked and would feel like. The
techniques applied mean I feel much more equipped to face the challenges ahead head on
to make sure I give myself the best shot and also helped me realise that if for whatever
reason it doesn't all go to plan, then there are actually very viable alternatives, which
having now considered them in a different way aren't actually to disappointing. I found this
very useful and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to make some real
