 Inner pschycological Characteristics that both determine
and reflect how a person responds to his or her
environment
 It is different in different individuals varing with
behavior patterns, cognition and emotion.
 Different personality theorists present their own
definitions of the word based on their theoretical
positions..
 According to Freud personality is composed of three
elements- the id, the ego and the superego.
 ID -The id is the only component of personality that is
present from birth.
 Ego-The ego is the component of personality that is
responsible for dealing with reality.
 Super Ego-The superego is the aspect of personality
that holds all of our internalized moral standards and
learned from both parents and society - our sense of
right and wrong.
 If someone asked you to describe the personality of a
close friend, A few things that might spring to mind
are descriptive terms such as outgoing, kind and even-
tempered. All of these represent traits.
 A trait can be thought of as a relatively stable
characteristic that causes individuals to behave in
certain ways
A set of human characteristics that are attributed
to a brand name. A brand personality is something
to which the consumer can relate, and an effective
brand will increase its brand equity by having a
consistent set of traits. This is the added-value that
a brand gains, aside from its functional benefits.
There are five main types of brand personalities:
excitement, sincerity, ruggedness, competence and
sophistication.
 The perceptions of self which are closely associated
with personality which individual tend to buy
products and services related to some meaningful way.

There were some positive Reponses given by customers and some were
doubtful whether they were suitable to understand .50-50 answers were
given by some customers.
 2 Do you like helping people

Many replied agree because it was only a question mentioned not an help.
But their behavior indicated not to ask any help from him/her.
 3 Do you sometimes makes mistakes while purchasing

Answers were agree as they felt was they buy it suits them and realize its
not upto their imagination
 4 I’m easily disappointed

Half of the customers mentioned agree and rest were on both sides unsure
and disagree. Unsure were some mentioned when asked depending on the
sitution.
 5 Was First time you shopped at forum mall.

As this is new forum mall 90 % of them marked yes
 6 Are you satisfied with range of brands available in mall.

Answers were disagree as many were disappointed many more under
renovation and some store outlets were repeated in every floor .
 7 Do you have budget while shopping

Many opted strongly agree option as we made a
survey on weekend we met were students and
employees .

Almost every one were satisfied looking at the
ambience , and many didn’t like the parking space
which make them rotate round and round
