• it means keeping yourself and your clothes neat
and clean. Good grooming is an expression of
one’s well-being. it helps you make the most of
your physical features and show off your
clothes, figures and personality. You need not be
beautiful to be well-groomed; If you are well-
groomed, you can be attractive and pleasing.

C and calcium in your diet.
3.Wash you mouth with a bit of salt and warm water
once in a while.
4.Have your teeth professionally checked and cleaned
at least twice a year.
5.Use dental floss to remove bits of food stuck in
between you teeth.
