QUALITIES OF A BIG RECRUITER
INTEGRITY
INTEGRITY
 Meaning:
 Integrity is a term used to describe a person's level of honesty, moral
commitments and willingness to do what's right.
 For example, we expect our doctors to be honest with us about diagnosis
and won't try to prescribe medications we don't need and will generally
work in the best interest of our health and well-being. We expect this
because in most societies doctors are perceived to be people of great
integrity with strong moral compasses.
 Conversely, if your doctor didn't have any integrity, he or she might be
strongly influenced by drug companies or bribes and might talk you into
getting tests or procedures you don't need. When this happens society
takes a dim view of that personand in some cases legal charges are
brought because he or she was expected to act with integrity.
 Application for a Recruiter:
 A recruiter with high integrity can go a very long way.
 Helps you handle any situation with confidence.
 Recruiters with high integrity are first opted by clients and candidates.
 Enhances Job Satisfaction.
 Doesn’t get influenced by negative surroundings.

CREATIVITY
 Meaning:
 Creativity is a mental characteristic that allows a person to
think outside of the box, which results in innovative or
different approaches to a particular task.
 Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into
reality. Creativity is characterized by the ability to perceive the
world in new ways to find hidden patterns to make
connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena and to
generate solutions. Creativity involves two processes:
thinking, then producing. If you have ideas but don’t act on
them then you are imaginative but not creative.
 Application for a Recruiter:
 Differentiated Output with regard to recruiter’s productivity.
 Helps in utilizing the available data at its optimum level.
 Very useful for making strategy for Head Hunting.
 Increases the level of involvement in work.

physically but also mentally.

  • 1. QUALITIES OF A BIG RECRUITER
  • 3. INTEGRITY  Meaning:  Integrity is a term used to describe a person's level of honesty, moral commitments and willingness to do what's right.  For example, we expect our doctors to be honest with us about diagnosis and won't try to prescribe medications we don't need and will generally work in the best interest of our health and well-being. We expect this because in most societies doctors are perceived to be people of great integrity with strong moral compasses.  Conversely, if your doctor didn't have any integrity, he or she might be strongly influenced by drug companies or bribes and might talk you into getting tests or procedures you don't need. CREATIVITY  Meaning:  Creativity is a mental characteristic that allows a person to think outside of the box, which results in innovative or different approaches to a particular task.  Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity is characterized by the ability to perceive the world in new ways to find hidden patterns to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena and to generate solutions. Creativity involves two processes: thinking, then producing.
