1. Define Your Purpose
With a clear purpose you. Your everyday life
will have a clear direction
2. Take Action
Donโ€™t wait for the perfect time, start working
on that task. Delay can be dangerous.
3. Do it Now, Avoid procrastination
Why do tomorrow, what you can today? Find a
long lasting solution to the problem, review
your priorities and donโ€™t postpone
4. FOCUS
Make some commitments to a task and be
fully engaged.
5. Stop Multitasking
Do each thing, as if you are doing nothing else,
juggling multiple task has its limit and leads to
many things started and nothing finished.
6. Set Deadlines
Establishing a due date is a good way of
managing your time.
7. Stop checking your emails that often
Set a schedule to check your email. Emails are one of
the biggest productivity killers, that gets you
distracted in completing a task. Take an action after
every mail, delete unnecessary.
8. Prioritize
Spend your time on things that have an
outcome, that leads to achievement of your
goals.
9. Donโ€™t Confuse Urgent with Important
Very often urgent activities that demand
immediate attention are less important task that
can be attended later or even dropped out
10. Write things Down
When you write. It is much easier to remember
again and again. There is a connection with the
brain and the hand when you write.
11. Use a weekly Planner
Put your goals in perspective and plan in
advance.
12. Organize your stuff
If you know where to find something, You will
feel much in control of your work which leads
to great productivity.
13. Be Punctual
Last Minute is always stressful without effective
scheduling and proper organization, you will hardly
manage to be on time and this will often affect
your credibility
14. Make the most of Every Meeting
Meetings are known to be the biggest time waster.
Make sure you get an clear Agenda for every
meeting. This clarifies purpose and aids effective
contribution
15. Schedule your Social Media Activities
Reconsider your social media activity. Social Media is
to the mind what sugar is to the body. Spending time
on social networks not only makes you unhappy but
also gets your mind tired with useless information
16. Schedule your News Read
Spending too much time reading the news, is a
waste of time with things that we cannot
influence and are irrelevant to our goals.
17. Take a Break
Itโ€™s almost impossible for anyone to focus and
produce high quality work without giving their
brain some time to rest and recharge
18. Eat healthy
Junk food is responsible for draining your energy
level. Choose a meal that actually helps fuel your
body and helps you performing through the day.
19. Exercise More
Physical Exercise has a profound effect on your
energy, happiness and well being. It can help you
relax, increase brain power and improve your body
20. Get Enough Sleep
Less Sleep leads to less energy through the day
and takes a substantial toll on cognitive
performance and productivity.
21. Become an Early Riser
Mornings are great time to be productive
22. Reinvent yourself
Keep striving to be the best of you. Keep Practicing. The
key to good personal effectives consist in the habit you
develop. Act responsibly. Its your time and you are 100% in
charge of how you spend it.
