I had to search Google to find out which record labels the song was managed and produced under. I found this information on Wikipedia, which is not a very reliable website but the same record label, Infectious Records, kept popping up throughout the search so I assumed it was the real label. I then found their website and then their email address, where I sent them the email above. The company also has a Twitter account, so in case they failed to reply to my permission request email I decided to also tweet them (below).
