 Prefer hike in salary and promotions

 The pharmacist is being evaluated by the Top management whereas

   pharmacy trainee , aide & DEO are being evaluated by immediate

   supervisor

 Friendly counseling

 The contributions and efforts made by the employee is recognized

 Totally satisfied with the present system
SUGGESTIONS

 Include even the Self- Appraisal

 Involve the employees also for decision making

 Evaluating feedback system once in three months
