The PDHPE program develops students' skills, knowledge, and understanding in personal development, physical education, and health through 8 interrelated strands. It explores elements of well-being like mental, physical, social, and emotional health to develop students holistically and help them lead healthy, active lives by focusing on outcomes like movement, problem-solving, communication, interaction, and decision-making. The goal is for PDHPE to influence students' health choices throughout their lives.
