last 10 years specialised in developing and implementing a range of initiatives in diversity, HR and

events tripled during my tenure resulting in numerous efficiencies made in time and
manpower.
2. Human Resource Planning Manager – High Wycombe 2012 – 2013
Managed and provided manpower for all worldwide RAF posts in operational areas including
Afghanistan- In excess of 4000 posts, also pivotal in co-ordinating the initial deployment of
manpower for new operation in West Africa.
Delivered all pre-deployment briefs for personnel deploying on operations worldwide.
Planned RAF Manpower requirements for emerging operations in the Middle East.
Human Resource Manager – Cosford 2010 – 2012
Accountable for all Human Resource Services for in excess of 2500 military personnel.
Delivered top level personnel management output for Pay, Allowances, Compassionate and customer
related casework.
Undertook presentations to over 2000 personnel at all levels to support implementation of
redundancy and new Pension scheme.
Prepared and delivered regular presentations to CEO level on manpower reductions, associated
redundancy plans, and provided impact statements and advice on strategies to deliver a more cost
efficient customer interface.
