Layer the pasta, minced beef, and cheese in a baking tray. 2. Make a bechamel sauce by melting butter with flour and mixing in hot milk while stirring to prevent lumps. Remove from heat and mix in an egg yolk. 3. Spread the bechamel sauce over the layered ingredients and sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
