Setting The Context
• HR Direct is a 20 person internal HR Shared Services
Center for a large consumer package good company
(12,000 + employees)
• The Shared Service Center is currently going through a
large scale redesign
• A facet of the redesign was a competency assessment of
what the needed knowledge and skill needs there would
be for the future as well as where we currently stood
against those with current staff
