        Designed a 4-step delegation process that included custom templates, tools, and role-
        play scenarios tailored to the unique needs and challenges of a geographically-diverse
        management staff. Leaders were able to handle complex delegation situations with
        greater confidence and success. Team members increased results by understanding
        how their work efforts contributed to department and organizational goals.
