1. Another thing that is a problem and is very easy to solve is dealing with Disabled
students. We have a lot of them in our school district and almost all teachers know how to deal
with the disabled students. That helps a lot because they all know what to do if there is a
situation they all know how to fix it. The Superintendent of the district is a former Special Needs
teacher a longtime ago. So he makes sure they are treated right and are given whatever they need
to succeed in education for them.
