1. I am going to talk about the diversity in school and how it is a problem that needs to be fixed.
There is a lot of great articles on how to fix this and how it is a bad thing too. I will show how it is
a bad thing for not just the students but for the whole community. Diversity means Diversity in
education represents a broad range of ideas and initiatives to create learning environments that
are safe, inclusive and equitable for as many identities as possible. Recognizing, fostering and
developing sensitivity to the needs of people in various identity categories are primary aims of
educational diversity. By seeing this definition, it makes you think what we can do and make
sure this not being done at your schools. See what programs can help you and your school stop
