b. What are those that are
original points of view or ideas?
Feeling that open a “new
horizon”.
2. Highlights on the 2nd Round of

feelings and what are the heavy and
feelings and why?

b. What were the questions
raised?
c. What feelings were evoked?
3. Highlights on the 3rd Round of
Sharing (What touches everyone in
the sharing? Where is the Holy
Spirit leading us as a community?)
From the documented
responses in Round 3, please
note the following:
1. In what ways is the Holy
Spirit inviting the local
church to grow?
What dreams, desires, and
aspirations for the church
were expressed by
participants?
3. Part III: Conclusion (suggest to change)
1. What are the joys, challenges, and hopes of engaging in this discernment
process of journeying together?
Notes:
1. Points of view that are contrary to one another need not be omitted but can be
acknowledged and stated as such. Views should not be excluded simply
because they were expressed by a small minority of participants. Indeed,
sometimes the perspective of what we could call the “minority report” can be a
prophetic witness to what God wants to say to the Church
2. For documentation purposes, please encode it in word formatnot excel.
3. You can also have photo documentation to be presented as attachments.
4. Do not feel stressed in accomplishing the task.
5. It is important to spend some silence before reading through the responses.
6. Pray to the Holy Spirit for the sensitivity to capture and listen to His inspiration
while reading through the responses.
7. Remember, we are synthesizing by “sensing” the spirit’s inspiration and not
giving our own interpretation.
8. Prayerfully do the task.
9. The parish priest must read prayerful and reflectively the synthesis, give time to
internalize it and owned it as pastor of the parish (sign the synthesis)
