This document summarizes the RedTacton technology, which enables data transfer between two devices through physical contact with the human body. RedTacton uses electric fields generated by the human body as a transmission medium. It allows for connectivity between various personal devices through natural physical interactions like handshakes. The technology works by placing sensors on the body that can detect minute electric fields used to transmit data in a point-to-point way. RedTacton provides a new way of connecting devices through a human-centered approach and establishes a type of network called a Human Area Network.
