Offshore Scope of Work:
The E8K Compression Module and F13K Compression Module are intended to be installed at the
same time on E11P-B Main Deck. This single lift strategy will be used to minimize offshore work
and shutdown duration.
E8K Compression Module associated modifications to the existing facilities at E11P-B, which
include condensate pumps and associated pipe work, power and control systems will be installed in
the existing gas process Module 2 on the E11P-B Platform.
F13K Compression Module associated modifications to the existing facilities at E11P-B that
include condensate pumps for F13K and associated pipe work, power, and control systems will be
installed in the existing gas process Module 3 on the E11P-B Platform.
The new compressors will be installed downstream of the inlet separator / slug catcher and
upstream of the Glycol Contactors of the two process modules (E8 and F13) both located on E11P-
B Platform.
A number of shared facilities for E8K & F13K will be required to be installed at the same time as
the compression facilities. The most significant of these is an additional gas turbine driven
generator and associated switchgear, to be installed in the existing Module 1 of the E11P-B
Platform. This is required to provide sufficient power for the new electrically driven equipment in
the compression facilities. Other shared facilities comprise of shared back-up fuel gas supply lines,
potable water systems, and fire water systems.
Onshore Scope of Work:
Fabrication of 2 compression modules,
• Discharge Coolers
• Gas Turbine Compressors
• Gasunie Cyclone Scrubbers
• Pressure Vessels
• Fuel Gas Packages
• Seal Gas Condition Skid
• Air Compressor Packages, which includes Instrument Air Dryer package with Nitrogen Generation
Package.
• Choke & Control Valves, Relief Valves, Check Valves, Gate/Globe Valves, (large sizes)
• Distributed Control System (To match existing system)
• Instrumented Protective System/Fire and Gas System (To match existing system)
• Telecommunication Equipment Package
• Antisurge and cold gas bypass valves
