PAGE Area of Specialization My project plans are specialize in doing servanthood ministry in the 21st Century, plant a New Missional outreach servanthood Ministry. The Core of the Vision… God's instructions to me were to... "Change the communities by demonstrating love to those hard to reach, the forgotten, the hurting, and the remnants. Those are the people in the communities that do not know the story of the loving Savior and have not heard the word, or read the Bible. As a leader, I am called to be a social minister; to combine the social needs with teaching and loving God’s people-love in action. The words of the Lord said, “And if I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto me" (John 12:32) Research: bullet this area God has not given me the complete plan; therefore I will follow the instructions of the outline plan of DMin and do research / report on the Old paradigm and New “Paradigm shift, ways of doing ministries, and make note of the affect on Servanthood ministries.Outline the different between “Causes” and “Community” based Ministry, which will help me, determine the Possibilities and effects of doing servanthood ministry in the 21st century. Interview/ Research, churches, foundations and anchors” Rationale for Specialization I followed God's instructions and set up the foundation, pulling together other organizational leaders who were given visions by God for the communities. Having a background in business education, and invaluable life experiences, has prepared me for the mantle of leadership-"Stepping into the Vision." I knew the first thing, was to get a plan of action in place, then execute the plan, and keep prayer at the forefront while it is being done. Church planting is not man’s doing, but God. Specific Goals and Outcomes Desired The goal of the Servanthood ministry plan is to work with the local “churches, foundations and anchors” to develop and launch a successful models that can be duplicated and modified to accommodate cultural diversity and regional challenges. Developing a world vision balanced and supported by local churches that will fulfill their missionary responsibilities while caring for their congregations and communities Our aim is to change hearts and minds sets, to impact the lives of men and women who are bound by addictions of any kind; therefore after our research, we will collaborated with churches, foundations and anchors other outreach organizations determine and define a clearer and precise goal for the servanthood ministry by developing a community effort to accomplish certain outlined programs that will help build and changed lives for the better, by introducing them to the kingdom lifestyle. This program representsa change to how future housing and other needs can be addressed while spreading kingdom influence within the community. There will be surveys taken to evaluate the effectiveness of the program to ensure, that we are on target reaching the forgotten and perform the se.

In the eventuality of winning, Luke was fully prepared and ready to execute a clear mission and compelling vision. Although NEVER done before in the Seventh-day Adventist context, Luke Whyte created and presented his manifesto, all through social media. He solicited feedback, responded and clarified where necessary.

The Core of the Vision… God's instructions to me were to... "Change the communities by demonstrating love to those hard to reach, the forgotten, the hurting, and the remnants. Those are the people in the communities that do not know the story of the loving Savior and have not heard the word, or read the Bible. As a leader, I am called to be a social minister; to combine the social needs with teaching and loving God’s people-love in action. The words of the Lord said, “And if I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto me" (John 12:32) Research: bullet this area God has not given me the complete plan; therefore I will follow the instructions of the outline plan of DMin and do research / report on the Old paradigm and New “Paradigm shift, ways of doing ministries, and make note of the affect on Servanthood ministries.Outline the different between “Causes” and “Community” based Ministry, which will help me, determine the Possibilities and effects of doing servanthood ministry in the 21st century. Specific Goals and Outcomes Desired The goal of the Servanthood ministry plan is to work with the local “churches, foundations and anchors” to develop and launch a successful models that can be duplicated and modified to accommodate cultural diversity and regional challenges. Developing a world vision balanced and supported by local churches that will fulfill their missionary responsibilities while caring for their congregations and communities Our aim is to change hearts and minds sets, to impact the lives of men and women who are bound by addictions of any kind; therefore after our research, we will collaborated with churches, foundations and anchors other outreach organizations determine and define a clearer and precise goal for the servanthood ministry by developing a community effort to accomplish certain outlined programs that will help build and changed lives for the better, by introducing them to the kingdom lifestyle. This program representsa change to how future housing and other needs can be addressed while spreading kingdom influence within the community. There will be surveys taken to evaluate the effectiveness of the program to ensure, that we are on target reaching the forgotten and perform the services and spreading the gospel, in the spirit of excellence... It is through effective leadership to establish a strategic plan of evangelism that leads to the glory of God in church growth, and also fulfills the mandate for the great commission in the 21st century.
