 The problem identified is that the packed snacks which kids take to school
are unhealthy .
 This therefore leads to the abnormal growth of the kids .
 There are diseases such as obesity.

 The importance of packing a healthy lunchbox or mid morning snack is
immeasurable.
 Kids are more alert and focused when they are fueled with healthy food
 This results in higher levels of sustained concentration
 Therefore kids can learn more and be more proactive
 Thus making it for them to retain information, take instructions and learn
better with energized mood.

Here are few educating tips of the need for packed lunch or brunch
 A packed meal is either morning breakfast, lunch or brunch which is
prepared before arriving at the place where it is to be eaten.

elsewhere to be eaten.
Now the benefits of a packed meal is unknown by many however it;
 It will help your child to consume a healthier diet thus encourage life long
good eating habits.
 It will support your child to maintain a healthy weight.

 Include foods that are ready to eat even with minimum cutlery bearing in
mind it will be consumed in a place full of peers .
