Staff need to decide?
Do you want an immediate ‘quick fix’ for the
teaching times, issue, which we are happy to
support. Then give the curriculum team time
to build a vision for staff to review with the
deadline being end of term 2.
Staff would vote on this, putting forward 3
options. With the one being the status quo.
Once a decision is made about
the ‘quick fix’.
The team needs to be
given the support to
build new options for
consultation with
staff, students and
parents.

Then give the curriculum team time to build a vision for staff to review with the deadline being end of term 2. Staff would vote on this, putting forward 3 options. With the one being the status quo.
